Dome holiday rentals in South East Asia

This place is magical. The tranquility and the beauty is overwhelming. Incredibly wonderful hosts with superb communication. The food is wonderful and the domes are very clean and welcoming. I left there promising myself that I would return someday.

This was by far the best stay I had in Thailand so far. The place was great. The houses and surroundings are beautiful! You can also order food directly through Shanana, which is also really tasty. But the best thing about this place, was the staff and the hosts David and Shanana, they are all really friendly, always answer your messages and questions and went out of their way to make our stay amazing!

As a solo female traveler who was hesitant to stay alone, off the beaten path, I am so happy I did! The dome felt wonderful (energy wise and at home) - clean, the bed was sooo comfortable and the sheets all perfect and new. The food was amazing, the host was so helpful and always responsive, with a driver or any special requests. The people who live in the neighborhood were so lovely and friendly - as was all of the staff too :) My favourite part EVER of my entire vacation was meeting the 2 poodles, Missy and Frankie. I already miss them so much. They immediately greeted me in my room, and even slept in the bed with me sometimes. (Please note, you don’t have to let them in, but I am a dog lover!) Please only book this stay if you love nature because you will see critters (lizards, frogs, etc) - I loved it. Thank you again :) :) :)

The host is very nice, the environment is very quiet, the bed is very soft and clean, it feels good value for money, everyone had a great time.💕

Cool open place space with a nice pool and pool table. Had a fun time as a big group :)

Great experience to share with kids. Food was very good even if service was a bit on the slow side. Viewing deck is perfect to watch the sunrise, plenty of paths to walk around. Just sad the pond was dry when we visited as I was looking forward to the fishing. Really cold at night considering it's peak summer time. Would want to visit again during -ber months.

Unique Airbnb with private, small infinity pool - very charming! Very friendly staff at a developing resort - we'll be back 🙂

Location was great in relation to excursions we had planned (khao sok nature reserve to visit the elephants).

Nice clean setup. The place is new and the staff was very responsive. The bed was nice and the hot water was warm enough for a quick shower during the winter season. There is a small cafe on site.. nice breakfast and they can accommodate meals if needed. Location was very near to attractions such as the white temple ( 8min drive) and to town centre it was a 15-20 min drive. Beautiful sunset as it’s on a hill. As its new , there wasn’t much trees or shade, but I’m sure in a few years this place would be heaven .

After travelling the world for the last 20 years, I can honestly say Familyland resort is one of my top 5 favourites. The price is actually very reasonable, considering what is included on top of the accomodation - free transport to almost anywhere near Vang Vien, free breakfast and last but not least, swimming in the beautiful river :) The staff is helpful, polite and kind, food is above average and fairly priced. 5/5, would recommend to anyone who is looking for peace and tranquility.

The place was really nice and I love how clean the natural pool is. Ate Belen was really accommodating and the kitchen amenities are complete if you want to cook. It would be nice though to put light over the natural pool so it's not to scary to swim st night. But overall our stay was great!

Shanti makes you marvel at God's creation even by just simply gazing at trees surrounding you. You can feel, smell and almost taste fresh air. It lets you experience the rawness of nature while still having the comforts of a home. It's like being in the middle of a forest without worrying for a shelter, what to eat, or being attacked by wild animals. As with every natural habitat, few discomforts may come with it like thunder and lightning, ants and mosquito. We also encountered some issues which perhaps they could address like few droplets of rain between the dome and shower door while it was raining. We also couldn't watch movies on netflix because internet connection was so slow. These minor inconveniences though were nothing compared to the relaxation, peace and quiet the place gave us. All of us, including our dogs had a very pleasant stay. We appreciate all the staff who are considerate and and helpful. We are grateful there's a place like Shanti that served as our sanctuary.

We stayed at Komang’s place for two nights, but it felt like stepping into a dream, and we only wish we could have stayed forever! Nestled in the forest, the location is absolutely stunning. Each morning we woke to a breathtaking sunrise and the gentle sounds of birdsong. It was the perfect peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant is lovely, with delicious food and warm, welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the atmosphere felt more like visiting family than just staying at an accommodation. Despite being tucked away in nature, it’s only a 15-minute drive to restaurants, hotels, and the beach. And as for Bapak Komang, what a phenomenal host! We were visiting the area for work, and he went far beyond what anyone could expect from a host. He helped us connect with local community members, supported our meetings, shared local insights and made sure we were comfortable and cared for. We will 100% be back and 110% reccomend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy and perfect for our quick Baguio getaway. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. 😊
