The old coach house is a cosy traditional cottage with modern features. The detached house has a king and double size beds, two optional single day beds are available upon request with an extra charge. There is a central bathroom. Has a large open kitchen and dining room, with a spacious living room, a wood burner for cosy nights. It is in a private courtyard behind electric gates, parking in front of the house. It is in a quiet village but close to Bristol and Bath and surrounding villages.

The Nest - Spacious self contained Apartment

The Nest is a cosy 2 bed apartment located in the heart of Chipping Sodbury, a traditional cotswold highstreet brimming with history. Chipping Sodbury is the perfect location for exploring nearby attractions, such as the village of Badminton, the city of Bristol, and Westonbirt Arboretum. Whether you’re interested in history, nature, or simply relaxing, there’s something for everyone. The highstreet also has multiple restaurants and pubs, perfect for every occasion.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.
