Unique apartment in cozy neighborhood

A cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and other popular places such as the Circustheater & Kurhaus square. The city centre of The Hague is just 15 minutes away by public transport. The building is from 1905 and it's old style has been preserved, especially in the spacious living room. It is located in a friendly car-free street (courtyard). Smoking inside & pets are not allowed. All people are welcome, but this place is not suitable for parties :)
