The house is developed on two floors with an attic floor, surrounded by woods, lands and olive trees, consisting of a large masonry kitchen in a unique environment with dining room and, living room with wood fireplace, 3 bedrooms including an attic, 2 bathrooms, large covered veranda overlooking the garden and several parking spaces, equipped with a comfortable outdoor barbecue for excellent barbecues.

In the cozy, independent chalet, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the relaxation and tranquility of a family and serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the center of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, excellent restaurants and a large equipped park nearby, a few meters away from the sports center with swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is completely independent. Check-in is possible after 4 pm.

My accommodation is less than 1km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava on the island, Citara where there is also the Poseidon thermal park, Chiaia. 100 meters away is a kiosk with a descent to the sea for breakfast lunch and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, shops, supermarkets, fish market,bar,pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!
