Many colleges nearby: Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Villanova. Shopping, restaurants, etc. Minutes to CC Phila. via R5 Train which is 2 miles away, (RT 100 High Speed Line) at end of street. Cats are on property but they are never in the space.

You will enjoy staying above the coffee shop so it’s best suited for early risers if you’re a light sleeer! We are a block away from the 3 wedding venues in town. The 2 bedrooms above the cafe are booked separately with a full bathroom in the hallway for guests to share. This is a great location for 2 couples or a family to book both rooms as it’s a shared bathroom for the 2 rooms.

Our charming and side cottage on the 1st floor, 2nd floor Sea Breeze Bay and Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.
