The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Pod Lípou Log Cabin - Skryje

A Canadian cedar log cabin awaits you almost in the wilderness, in the quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka river under a 300-year-old linden tree. At the elevated level of the river, you come to the cabin over a bridge 300 m away, under normal conditions you will use a temporary bridge. Civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a short walk to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass shield overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.

Chata Lípa

Cottage with a beautiful view of the water surface in the Moravian Karst. It consists of one room (37m2), a corner with a bathtub and a toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Heating is provided by a fireplace and an infrared panel. A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two are ready for sleeping. The garden is 777m2, has only one neighbor and is completely fenced. There's a canoe for two to rent. This offer is for those who want to go outdoors and understand what it entails. Relax in a brand new house at the foot of Pálava near Mušovská jezera. The location is a well-known wine region and an ideal destination for cyclists, popular trails lead around the house. All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe itself and the vineyards of Kolby.

Year-round luxury and insulated A-frame cottage with a sloping roof, a whole glazed front measuring 4.5×4 meters with a terrace and a second floor. It is located on a clearing overlooking the treetops. On the property you will find an outdoor shower and a fantastic tub that you can fill both in summer and winter. The accommodation is intentionally without electricity so that everyone can enjoy peace and quiet from modern technology. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place in the heart of nature.

The wine cellar is located in South Moravia in a wine-growing area where you can consume wine from local winemakers. On the first floor there is a courtyard with seating and a grill where you can consume wine. And we can also offer a relaxation zone where you can visit the wellness bath tub, infrared sauna and play darts and more. From the bathtub you can watch movies on a 2.5m projector. Potential guests can be offered a tasting event in the wine cellar and soak up the atmosphere of wine cellars.

Newly built log cabin from 2023 in a semi-secluded area, with a wonderful view. 2 km from Pernštejn Castle, 25 km from Nové Město na Moravě (Municipal Spa, Harusův kopec ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails), 15 km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. We will be happy to plan these routes for you.
