It is separated from the rest of the house upstairs by a locked door. It does NOT have an actual kitchen, but has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Fenced backyard if you're traveling with a dog ($25 pet fee per visit). Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Our place is in the Sugarhouse/Brickyard area, great for dining out and shopping. You will be close to I-80 for quick airport, downtown or mountain access. You will love the location with a private entrance. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and private bathroom with shower. The queen bed has a new comfy mattress and there is plenty of space for clothes and ski equipment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
