House holiday rentals in South Stradbroke Island

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

An absolutely breathtaking house! We loved the view, how spacious the house was and the heated pool. It was so beautiful sitting on the deck at any time of the day and taking in the view. Sarabah Winery was only 5 minutes away which was great for lunch/afternoon drinks and the Canungra town was bout 10/15 minutes. In such a great spot, would highly recommend this house!

Michelle was super communicative. Booked at the last minute and she had us sorted in no time. Arrived late at night and auto check-in was seamless. It was a work trip so we weren't there much, but the house was very tidy and well presented and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Roger was a great host. He welcomed us with a warm smile and gave a tour of his place. His place is beautiful. The backyard was great to hangout. We also got to pick some fresh fruits. The house was very clean and well equipped. Would 100% return for our next stay.

Our family stay here was absolutely perfect. Ryan and Eniko were lovely hosts who were so responsive, accommodating and kind. The property was wonderful and perfect for our big family with young children. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the hosts which we were very appreciative of. If we went to the Gold Coast again, we would definitely stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Rowena and Glen’s hillside retreat! The place was absolutely perfect for our weekend away for a wedding — beautifully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. From the full kitchen to the iron (a lifesaver for wedding outfits!), every detail was thoughtfully provided. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for all six of us to relax together in the evenings, especially while winding down with a bit of TV. The real highlights, though, were the stunning views of the Gold Coast skyline , the spacious layout of the home, and of course, the incredible jacuzzi — perfect for winding down at night. We’re especially grateful to Rowena and Glen for being so accommodating and considerate throughout our stay. Their hospitality made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway!

We had a lovely stay Nathan kindly dropped in extra blankets as was bit chilly. House was very clean & tidy. Location was great short walk to shops & eateries. Road was very noisy especially with motor bikes. I would recommend this Airbnb overall lovely stay.

Perfect location with the beach so close. We had our baby and 2yr old so the little yard was perfect to keep them contained and not a long walk back from the beach. Minimalist and simple furnishings. Communication was great too. Would stay again!

Stunning architectural design in a magical setting. The property was so relaxing and peaceful. Our family had a wonderful weekend cooking, drinking wine by the fire and playing games. Darren's place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. we spent the majority of the trip camped in front of the fire, which Darren provided endless firewood for. Our dog loved the big yard which though wouldn't be fenced well enough for an escapey or small dog was perfectly fine for our big goof. the cabin was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. literally the only thing that would have improved it is a little table next to the arm chairs to put your tea on while sitting in front of the fire. Had a great time, would stay again

We had a relaxing weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gareth and Amanda’s beautiful house. The location was peaceful, the house was beautiful, the fireplace was thoroughly enjoyed. We loved our stay and would love to visit again.

We spent an amazing weekend at Justin's place for my friends 50th. We all commented that the house, facilities and location exceeded our expectations. We maximised our time there and enjoyed the indoor fire as well as the fire pit. The heating in the house was super efficient, which was great as it was a cold weekend. the gardens are spectacular, and so we'll kept. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked three course meals and didn't have trouble finding what we needed. The bedding was also good quality and beds very comfortable. Loved our time in this beautiful house.

We had a beautiful stay at Three Palms Escape. The highlight was definitely the sauna and cold plunge, it was such a perfect way to relax and unwind. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and super comfortable for the whole family. Beautiful location and so much to do in the area. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Highly recommend 🤍

The environment was absolutely lovely, and the outdoor space was very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft – I usually struggle with insomnia, but I slept really well during my stay. We had a wonderful stay at Eco Nook. The verandah has plenty of comfy seating ideal for chatting or just chilling out, enjoying the lovely view. The main bedroom has plenty of storage, and a very nice ensuite bathroom with double sinks and lots of space for toiletries. Having an ev charger was a bonus for us.

We had such a wonderful stay at the alpaca farm in Mountainview, Canungra! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery. It was the perfect escape for our family. The highlight was definitely the alpacas – they were friendly, curious, and such a joy to be around. It was a truly unique experience to be able to feed and interact with them up close. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a fun twist, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left with big smiles and great memories.
