Holiday rentals with a patio in South Tangerang City

Nice & comfy place. Owner komunikatif, lokasi mudah ditemukan. kamar bersih, keseluruhan ga terlalu gede, standar. ada balkon yg dilengkapi kursi dan meja yg menghadap ke arah tol namun tidak berisik. suasana juga tenang, nyaman untuk beristirahat. amenities lengkap. dekat dengan AEON dan ICE yg bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. overall menyenangkan dan recommended 👍🏽🫠

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed in this apartment for 6 months and it truly felt like home. The space is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, perfect for both relaxing and working from home. The neighborhood is peaceful but still close to everything I needed: groceries, cafes, and public transport. The host was always responsive and helpful, which made my stay even smoother. After 6 months, it was hard to say goodbye. Highly recommend this place for both short and long stays!

I stayed for 2 nights here, the owner was super helpful and welcome me and my big family to celebrate occasion in her place, i like everything about the house and the safety too. Overall i have pleasant experience and will comeback again for sure

Stayed here for an event. Great location, the cluster is closed to toll exit. The place is clean and nice. Towels, shampoo, and soap provided. The host was very responsive and also provided us some drinks and snacks. Looking forward to stay at this place again for future event

It was a great pleasure to come back to my hometown and celebrate a family reunion together as our family living separately in a different area of Jabodetabek now. Reina and Nda was a great host that very easy and well to communicate with clear instruction. Check-in was smooth with their staff that has been send. The house itself its spacious and feel homey, with safe neighborhood that our kids with their grandpa's often walking in the morning to the park nearby. There is enough bedroom for all of us and we like to stay home most of the time. My only concerned as the owner not living there personally, so perhaps there is no cleaning or maintenance checked regularly. I very understand this situation as I host on Airbnb myself, so my input to the host is just do some details on wallpaper, stains on the bathroom in general, dusty area including the bottom of the bed, dust on the curtains and there is some spider. Overall this premises have a lot of opportunity, thank you so much.

Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

A good cozy studio. Great views, not far from train station. Mall is just downstairs. Wifi speed good. Swimming pool and gym downstairs.

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. Would consider staying at this apartment again. Thank you Revy! :)

Branz apartement angat dekat dengan ICE BSD. Ada 2 unit charging utk EV. Tapi Parkir berbayar , lumayan. Tp itu regulasi dr pegelola. Unit bersih, tuan rumah sangat responsif bila ada kendala. Sangat rekomen

we will DEFINITELY stay here again. it's the kind of accommodation you wish all your other ones could be like when you travel. location is right in front of AEON, so convenient for food and shopping. the home is new and absolutely and clean. it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. from a 2 nights' stay, we extended to 6! - cuz our kids refuse to stay anywhere else :)
