This cottage was one of a kind, so serene and peaceful.Everything was provided, from kitchen & bathroom amenities to a complimentary cheese platter! The view was perfect and the hosts were so friendly (including the friendly puppies and horses!) The walk in the orchard was also so nice as there were trees full of lemons and mandarins. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

A beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed the cosy cabin to relax. Fireplace kept us warm and comfortable bed. Our dog has a great time exploring too! Highly recommend.

This accommodation was picturesque, serene, gorgeous, peaceful and restful. Just what we needed. The first night we sipped the complimentary wine while we sat by the fire looking out over the vineyard. We felt welcome and had everything we could possibly need. Perfect.

We LOVED our stay! The cottage felt right out of a storybook. Though it's situated in the middle of nowhere, it was a great retreat for us city folks. We arrived to a night full of crazy stars. However, as we arrived late, do note to drive carefully as the roads are very dark and we encountered a couple of wild kangaroos crossing our path. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all sorts of utensils, pots, pans and even small details such as food shredders. There's a BBQ cooker available too! It was near to town with lots of amenities and restaurants. We enjoyed shopping for ingredients and cooking our dinners at the cottage. The other big plus was the incredible joy of seeing kangaroos chilling and hopping around the area, sometimes right outside the cottage. The whole booking to checking in/out processes were seamless online and via instructions (though a little face-to-face interaction would be great). We would love to come back one day and it's highly recommended!

Stayed at the Olive Cottage in 2017 & loved it so we booked it again & was amazed at how well the cottage was maintained! The house was so clean & kitchen fully equipped for us to whip our meals. The fireplace is a bonus when it gets too chilly in the evenings. Host Anna is very responsive & had no issues with checking in & out. Best part of the cottage is waking up to the cows upfront. Beautiful experience & would return in a heartbeat.

It was an amazing stay! Stuart was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place was great, the view was lovely, and it was wonderful learning about the alpacas there.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Haven! Fantastic, peaceful location so close to town but in nature. It was a relaxing and luxurious stay, with wonderful extras including thoughtful provisions. We had some friendly magpies visit us each day and loved hearing and seeing other birds. Jen and Ali were amazing hosts and even spoilt us with some delicious chocolate mousse pie for dessert one evening.. We’d definitely look to stay again if we come back to Margaret River. We had a wonderful stay at Abbey’s beautiful farmhouse! The house itself, the peaceful surroundings, and the friendly livestock are made for such a charming and relaxing getaway. Everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and full of character. Abbey is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. We truly appreciate her hospitality and all the little touches that made our stay special. Overall, a perfect staycation. Absolutely a 5-star experience, and we’d love to return again soon. One of the best farmstay. The cabin is clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. It is also near amenities and various attractions in the Margaret River area. My children love the alpacas. They are so cute and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Margaret river area. You will not be disappointed.

Kellie is an incredible host and greeted us on arrival at the property. She is extremely accomodating, and checked in on us during our stay. She also gave some great recommendations for restaurants. We also ordered a brunch basket which was absolutely delicious, full of lovely local produce. The bell tent was beautifully set up with so many thoughtful touches. Having the electric blanket on the bed was divine especially with the weather cooling down. The property itself is stunning being surrounded by the beautiful trees and it was lovely having the open shower to look up and being surrounded by nature. We were stoked to be able to have a fire one afternoon with the rain being so consistent, it was gorgeous sitting outside and enjoying the nature around us and each other’s company. Our family had a great time staying here. The rustic cottage was beautifully furnished and the surrounding farm was absolutely stunning. Emilie was warm and friendly and made an exceptional host - a perfect balance between checking we were ok and had everything we needed and leaving us to enjoy the tranquillity. Being fully unplugged was just what we needed and experiencing the night sky out there was unforgettable

We LOVED staying here. A little hard to find (our fault) but Taylor was very responsive and helpful! The place was clean and homey with the most chic decor. The indoor and outdoor fire place were well equipped too and easy to use! The view was incredible and the cows and baby cows were just the sweetest. We will definitely be back next winter for a little getaway !

Staying at Kylie's property was private, relaxing and so, so quiet. Just what you need if you need to get away from the hubbub of city life. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. I'm looking forward to going back!

A quiet and peaceful retreat! The grounds were well taken care of. The cabin was spacious, with a large bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip.

Eve has a beautiful home that was perfect for a stay with my daughter, son in law and 3 Grandchildren. It was very well equipped with everything you would need and the kids loved the upstairs playroom. After some sleepless nights with the kids, my daughter made the most of the fancy coffee machine. It was also great to have the condiments in the fridge and pantry for the things we forgot to bring down with us. The outlook from the top story was beautiful as were the surrounds, plus easy access to town and some nice walks along the beach. Eve communicated well and was flexible with check in times. Great Family holiday home. Would book again.

We had a fabulous time staying here—what a little slice of heaven! The home and location were pure magic. Our kids had the best time picking fruit straight from the trees, exploring the beautiful grounds, and letting their imaginations run wild in the treehouses. It was the kind of stay that feels like childhood should: free, fun, and full of nature. Our children and dog roamed safely and freely, which gave us such peace of mind. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all the appliances and amenities we needed for a comfortable, blissful stay. It’s a rare gem that offers both adventure and tranquility. We’ll absolutely be back!

Wonderful small rural property on the edge of Balingup in a picturesque elevated location surrounded by trees and well kept grass. The whole place is superbly maintained. It is clean and tidy both inside and out - amongst the best I've stayed in. The hosts obviously give their place a great deal of attention and care, well more than the average. A large and thoughtful quantity of pamphlets for things to do and information about the area are also provided. Excellent, super-responsive and helpful communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Cosy wee cottage. Short drive from town and easy to find. Contactless check-in, parking out front, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The lake and surrounds are truly beautiful and your own deck, with fairy lights, overhanging the lake means you can truly unwind and enjoy the tranquil surrounds. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved Sally’s place. A beautiful, cosy home on a picturesque farm block. We love these kind of bnb’s and especially the character of the home. Our little one loved seeing the cows, chickens and emu’s. All in all, the house had everything we needed to cook meals, and keep us warm in the evening/early morning. We would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ellensbrook Cottages. Our cottage (Moondyne) was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts’ attention to detail was outstanding. I’ve stayed in dozens of self-contained accommodations due to severe food allergies, and the kitchen items supplied by Jos exceeded my expectations. Several times I thought of things I’d forgotten to bring—like oil, plastic wrap, and paper towel—only to find them already thoughtfully provided in the cottage. The location was perfect, with a lovely walk into Cowaramup via an easy track, and just a short drive into Margaret River. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Margaret River region, and I will definitely be returning to this accommodation again. Carol and Andrew
