Holiday rentals with lake access in South Yarra

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

Sheryl as a host was very responsive and accommodating. She accepted our early check in request very promptly.. The house is in a very good condition with all the required amenities... Thanks for making our stay/trip a memorable one.

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

Stayed here for 3 nights and felt very homey and comfortable. Lyn was very responsive and responded fast. Would recommend to stay :)

It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and convenient for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The instructions were super clear, Lulu was always responsive and kind, and the place was phenomenal. I could walk to the Yarra trails, the supermarket, Victoria Gardens, and all around Richmond The area was well-lit and lots of coming and going, so I felt safe even at 10 pm at night coming back to the apartment. I could hop on a tram around the corner and be in the city too. The view was incredible--watching early morning balloons taking people across the city, the full moon over the skyline--truly amazing. Heads up the elevators in the building are very slow, so there was always a wait --good to know, and that nothing is "wrong" if that happens, it is just the one (small) downside of the whole apartment block. BUT where you wait is open, well-lit and in view of the manager's office so I never felt creeped waiting at night for the elevator. As a woman traveling alone, I was nervous but felt 100% safe here, and loved the layout of the apartment. Would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

Sally was a great host before I even checked in. She was very accommodating in moving my reservation and flexible with an early check-in. She was extremely responsive, and communication was perfect. Her apartment is located close by public trams which will get you either to the CBD or St. Kilda within minutes. Albert Park lake is literally a block away. Thank you very much for your apartment Sally. It was a pleasure staying with you.

We love our 10days stay. Check in was easy, undercover parking. Angela was prompt to reply to queries. Friendly even offer to meet to give access cards. Separate place to do work was great. Will come back to stay if need to be close to MSAC.

Location was important to us; we had a car and needed easy access to the nearby suburbs. A secure basement parking space was included with direct access to the unit via elevator. Tram stop to CBD is only a 5 minute walk. Then there’s the views from the Balcony; spectacular sunsets, you look down on Albert Park Lake with Port Phillip Bay beyond, then after sunset a clear view of the City with its remarkable light show. And, if you’re in the unit at sunset, you can watch (and hear) the local White Cockatoos show (right from the balcony). There were only two of us and it was well suited for our needs.

It was a wonderful stay at Joanna's place. Ample room for our 5 adults & my child. Two spaces rooms & bunker Bed. Private parking is the most important aspect of this place. Also the apartment facing to Albert park lake & most importantly this might be a key location for F1 race weekend in Melbourne. One thing we had to face that Ensuite shower drainage has blocked slowly drain & I had to clean slightly. Also noticed that body wash has been expired. But those were minor for us compared to what the place offered to us. Joanna is very responsive & very clear with communication. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed the stay.

A great flat in the SouthBank. Very easy walk to the museums, galleries and botanical gardens. The gym and swimming pool were an absolute bonus. It is superb value for money. Highly recommended.

Chris and Jenny’s place is absolutely spotless, well furnished and thoughtfully curated. The unit is in a great location that is super quiet and in walking distance to the beach, Albert Park cafes and number 1 tram. Chris and Jenny are lovely hosts and very responsive. We loved our stay and really appreciated the late checkout!

Siobhan's place was a great spot to base my Melbourne trip. The place looked as described and was well kept. Siobhan is a great host who was very responsive and the check in and checkout was very easy. There was lots to do within Port Melbourne that was walkable and public transport into the city was convenient too. I had a great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A cozy, welcoming cottage with a beautiful timber finish inside that gave it a warm, homely feel. The garden was full of colour and charm, and the fresh muffins and fully stocked fridge were such thoughtful touches. The hosts were lovely and very responsive — we felt well looked after from start to finish.

Kate and Evan have a BEAUTIFUL property. They were extremely helpful and friendly upon checking in. The cottage we stayed in was beautiful, peaceful and felt very warm and homey. We enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals and gardens. Most importantly the stay was dog friendly for our two golden retrievers. Their friendly Labrador Cesar was a great host and greeted us, showed us around the property and kept the Goldie’s good company. Highly recommend a stay at SoHo Estate!

Great deal and communication as well as super clean home!

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again
