Apartment holiday rentals in Southbank

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - perfect location, close to everything. Free tram on the doorstep! Facilities including pool were amazing. An extra fob access to get around the building would have be helpful particularly given the that it is a 2 bedroom apartment. A compendium in the room would have been handy to learn a bit more about how to get around the building, bins, pool access times etc as there weren’t any listed at the pool. Although none of this detracted from the stay at all. Great communication from Jeremy. View was fabulous particularly from the deck- beautiful sunny outlook even during the colder months. The building level was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The location was just perfect - easy walking distance to everything. Penny was a very responsive host, the instructions provided we excellent and easy to follow. The building itself is great! The amenities like the pool and sauna were above standard. We would definitely stay here again!

LOVED staying in Vanessa’s place - she was very responsive, the place was comfortable, spacious, stylish, and clean. Vanessa provided so much helpful local advice and information in a booklet, and the location couldn’t be beat. Thank you Vanessa!

We felt right at home when we entered the apartment. It has all we needed such as a washing machine with dryer and the cooking requisites which is helpful in facilitating meal times especially for families with young kids.. instructions to the apartment, key collection and wifi is easy to understand as well.. the location is great as Coles is just right cross, it is also near to the train station. many restaurants near by as well.. The host Rita was responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend this apartment.

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

Had a lovely stay at Sherry’s place. It was clean and in pristine condition. Loved the cozy feel of the home. :) Most importantly, Sherry was a lovely host. She was proactive in providing instructions and welcoming her guests! Was very responsive as well. Would definitely rebook next time I’m in Melbourne. :)

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

The place was great. Very spacious and comfortable. In walking distance to a lot of place especially good coffee shops. They also accommodated my dog staying there without hesitation which I really appreciated. Will stay there again when I visit! :)

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

We truly enjoyed our family stay here ... it felt like a cosy home away from home! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. From kitchen essentials to laundry facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided, making it so convenient for a travelling family like ours. The panoramic view from the apartment was absolutely stunning~~ A daily "wow" moment for all of us! Watching the skyline change from sunrise to night was one of our favourite parts of the stay and made for some unforgettable memories. Just a small note for future guests: there is only one heater unit located in the living area, and the bedrooms don’t have separate heating. That said, the host provided plenty of extra blankets so we were still warm and cosy throughout the chilly Melbourne nights. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but worth being aware of. Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

We had an excellent stay at Vik’s apartment, everything was as described or better. It is centrally located with good amenities that have been kindly provided by Vik, the swimming pool and gym are very handy and Vik is a great communicator and ensured we had everything that we needed. One negative was the blonde lady on reception, for whatever reason she seemed to go out of her way to be rude to us, it felt as though she treated us with disdain specifically because we were Airbnb customers, whenever I needed to speak with her or ask for information she went out of her way to make it difficult. I obviously wouldn’t mark vik’s score down for this because it has nothing to do with him and is out of his control. We loved our stay! Thanks Vik

The apartment was centrally located within walking distance to most of the places we were visiting in the city. With a tram stop on the doorstep, we were able to take a tram for travel outside the CBD. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the amenities within the building, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were all available to guests. Cheng was very responsive to any questions we sent. We would definitely stay here again.
