House holiday rentals in Southeast Portland

This is a lovely bungalow in a great neighborhood close to all Portland has to offer! The house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and we loved hanging on the front porch in the sunshine. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom’s had nice showers. We weren’t made aware there is a tenant in the basement unit until we received check in info the day before. Host was responsive to my concerns about thinking we had a rented an entire house to ourselves (apparently all Airbnbs in Oregon must have a resident living on the property? This was news to me, but maybe not to future renters). I think they could have done more to ensure we knew someone else was on the property (there are no shared utilities or doors, but we could hear the person downstairs at bedtime, and we were concerned our family with small kids would be audible to them as well). Again it’s a great house, I just wish we had known someone was under us when we chose it.

Cameron is a fantastic host with an immaculate and gorgeous property that was very comfortable for our group of ten. Quiet and peaceful setting with panoramic views of Mt Hood and the Sandy River canyon.

Great place! Felt like we had a lot of room but still close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and will come again if in the area.

Our kids absolutely loved the pool and the play area downstairs—it kept them entertained for hours! The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. Nick was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Wendy's place was perfectly and conveniently located for our needs. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would love to stay again in the future!

Amanda and her house were both amazing! Amanda was so proactive with phenomenal recommendations! We spent a whole day on Mississippi St based of her recommended breweries, restaurants and Jazz Bar. It was our favorite day in portland. The apartment was adorable, bed so comfy and the hot tub was an AMAZING perk especially during the chilly, rainy weekend we were visiting! I would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone visiting portland!

Lynne and Lucy were great hosts! My kids and I felt right at home here. This is a perfect place to getaway, relax, and stay for a few days. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable!

A cute and clean airbnb. Within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars/breweries. They provided a very nice list of restaurants, activities, beer, and things to do in the area.

Our stay at the cottage was great, beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and the beds were amazing. I would highly recommend.

Jessica was fantastic! She communicated everything so well and her place was perfectly located for our needs. I recommend staying at her cute lil’ place! Lots of games, dvds and books to choose from. It was especially convenient because you can walk to many cute restaurants and shops. It was a beautiful time of the year (May) with so many amazing flowers and trees in full bloom. Had a great 3 day stay at Robert's place. The stand-alone unit at the back of Robert's house worked out great for my wife and I and our adult son. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and to Laurelhurst Park. We enjoyed breakfast/coffee at Crema and dinner at Ken's Pizza and Screen Door. We would definitely stay here again.

Ileana's place was easy to find and matched the description. I was initially concerned when I realized that there was no driveway for us to unload our things (parking is across the street), but Ileana provided a wagon for us to use that was as effective as a hotel luggage cart. Parking was easy and never a problem. It is a 2-story unit but we really only used the first floor as it had everything we needed. Ileana has a big friendly dog with a sweet disposition that we only saw a couple of times during our stay there. This location was ideal for our stay, and was very close to Mt. Tabor. Also, we experienced every kind of weather while we were there (heat wave, cooler weather and some sprinkles) but we were comfortable throughout our stay with their air conditioning and heating system. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Wonderful stay!! loved the bed and the shower the most! everything was cute, peaceful, and lots of thought into what a first timer in Portland would need.

This has to be one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. First of all, the location is outstanding—minutes away from excellent dining and shopping, Whole Foods is a few minutes walk, and Laurelhurst Park is easily one of the most beautiful parks In the city. The house is thoughtful and cosy—fans of beautiful woodwork will be pleased—and absolutely spotless. Friendly and prompt communication from the hosts…I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Loved it, would 100% recommend!

Such a great hidden gem! Walkable to restaurants, breweries, bars and parks. Parking right out front. Clean and well-organized space. Quiet back patio that catches amazing morning sunshine. 10/10 recommend. Check out hidden back patio at Great Notion Brewing- Matt’s BBQ tacos have a great breakfast menu there!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen’s place! Hidden away behind the main house, the place felt secluded and private. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook, and stocked with thoughtful toiletries. Close to all the main grocery stores, and walking distance to Hollywood Theater. I highly recommend staying here!

Gem of SE is right. Walkable to coffee shops and all of Hawthorne without being in the hussle. Air conditioning during a Portland summer, oh ya, theve got it! Very peaceful backyard. Felt secluded in the hot tub. This place is great! The shower is missing a door but other than that, everything was amazing.

Loved this place, wonderful neighborhood, convenient and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend. Chris was very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect location for restaurants and walks, super peaceful and felt safe. Check in was easy! The room was spotless and full of sunlight, can’t wait to come back!

Great neighborhood, very safe and pleasant. Parking was plentiful. The space has a lot of room, you can really spread out. The kitchen is good, looks like one could do some actual cooking in there. All in all it was the perfect spot for what we needed. There are folks living upstairs, so you can hear the foot steps and the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything going on. I’d definitely book the Art Flat again next time I’m in Portland.
