Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

My stay at Renato's apartment was simply fabulous. The place has everything you need to feel comfortable, plus an incredible view of the sea that you can enjoy from the moment you enter. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and everything you may need. The building's amenities were also a big plus — they really exceeded my expectations. excellent, tv in eaxh room and living room big tv. the only think that will make outstanding is if pool will be heeated, since we pay electricity its ok. everything very good

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

Our stay was excellent in this wonderful house. In addition to the beautiful view, the rooms offered us a lot of comfort. If I could make a few small observations, just to improve things even more, I would ask that the TV be modernized, as we were unable to access Chromecast. The TV is quite old. And also that the kitchen had basic items like salt. But nothing that changes our experience, which was excellent

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and extends over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! It makes all the difference in the experience! apart from the place, the view, the sunset, the sunrise! there's nothing to complain about! and the noise they said in the comments, it didn't bother me at all! it was perfect and I will return more often

Amazing days in Rio, easy access and flexible check-in, great apartment with an incredible view, good location also with several restaurant options very close, no need to take a taxi or uber, you can do everything on foot, very safe region

The view from the airbnb is unbeatable! The views to tbe coppacana beach every sunrise and sunset were amazing!

The pictures don’t do this view justice! Once you walk in it’s the most gorgeous view with sights of the lake, the beach and Christ the Redemer. The location was extremely walkable with tons of bakeries, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. The doorman was also very pleasant and allowed us to drop our bags off at 7am right as we got off of our fight so that we could explore the city. The host was great as well and allowed to check in as soon as the flat was cleaned from the previous guest. We also loved that the mall was just across the street with plenty of shopping centers close by as well. I would highly recommend staying here for the best experience in Rio!

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, always very willing to do what we needed. It far exceeded expectations! This place is right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana excellent location. Host provided recommendations to eat as well as things to do. He was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend to stay here.
