Niko’s place is amazing and he’s an even better host! The place is very clean with a beautiful private pool in the back. Niko personally welcomed us on the day of arrival and walked us through everything, despite being delayed over 7 hours. He went the extra mile and also assisted us in booking some phenomenal restaurants. It was like have a personal concierge! Highly recommend!

Amazing location- it was one of the few places that isn’t overlooked by other hotels or airbnbs. The privacy was great but also the location is unmatched- it’s 1 minute from the centre of Oia, next to some of the best restaurants on the island and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We loved to have “Tesla” with our booking because the island is big and you need transportation to go anywhere you like. So when you book the villa, Tesla comes with that which is a great idea. We wish we could take the boat trip too. I hope next time :)

We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN! A hidden gem! The villa was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was the first time ever (!) that a place was exactly like the pictures presented on AirBnB. Unbelievable! The location of the villa is uphill so that you can relax in peace, afar from the busier village life, with only a few roosters and goats adding up to your symphony of vacation. Filoxenia translates to hospitality - and let me tell you: Filoxenia went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay! They are communicative, extremely kind and respectful, and above all service-oriented. Any whatsoever question is met up with an outstanding sense of responsibility and politeness that we soon had a very trustworthy base to come back to. At the end it felt more like we were catching and meeting up with family and friends which makes it even more wonderful! 10 / 10 would recommend Filoxenia as a host to anyone who wants to feel like home :)

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

Ruben and his staff were exceptional hosts. Great food, thoughtful service, excellent recommendations, and world-class hospitality. We had the Kokkinisto dinner one night. Very simple, but the best meal of our vacation! The views are even better than the pictures. Six out of five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem 1! What stood out the most was the exceptional help and communication from Sofianos and Panda. Panda arranged all of our transfers at a moment’s notice- each driver was friendly and helpful, and Ernesto was our favorite! He was truly one of the nicest people we met on our trip. The location didn’t feel walkable because you have to walk on a highway, but Panda made getting around super easy with all the rides he set up for us. The beds were very comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was great. The room with twin beds is more of a small alcove than a true bedroom, which may be important to know if you’re counting on four full rooms. Overall, we were so grateful for the incredible service and support we received. I would gladly rent any villa from Sofianos again based on the hospitality alone. The complimentary airport and ferry transfers were also a huge bonus. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The Airbnb was immaculate and matched the pictures and description. The sunsets and view were spectacular and part of the highlight of our stay. Easy walk down into Old town for shopping, bars and restaurants. Also easy to take a taxi/uber to spend the day at the beach. Maria was an excellent host and welcomed us, set up airport pickup and drop off for us and even had a nice bottle of wine for us at check in to enjoy during our stay.

We are a family of 5 (kids are young adults) and our priorities were a central location and clean home. This home met those criteria and the view was spectacular. The home is very clean and located in the heart of the busy area where people flock to see the sunset so it can be super busy during the morning and evening hours but we knew this when we booked the home. Oia is quiet at night so I now see why people suggest Fira if you want nightlife but we loved the quiet vibe. There is information in the home of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bus stop is a few minutes away and the bus system is very easy to navigate. The locals are warm, friendly, and helpful (even a taxi driver trying to get us to ride with him instead of the bus, helped us navigate an area on the island). Loukia and Philip arranged our transfers in and out, including someone to carry our luggage as the drop-off is a few minutes walk through small cobblestone alleys with stairs.

We had a really peaceful stay. Dragon was amazing helped up with so many things we couldn’t be happier with the great hosting and wonderful accommodation thank you we will be back!

One of the most beautiful places we have stayed in the world - both villa and location. Taki was an incredible host, he met us at the villa and communication was great. We needed a break after a busy few working weeks in London and this was the perfect holiday to unwind and get some time out of the hustle and bustle. The island is still unspoilt by tourists but also has a very touristy feel with the choice of restaurants and cafes. Highly highly recommend this place. Will be back :)

Wow. The villa was beyond our expectations and our hosts were just lovely and so helpful with everything, starting with arranging a transfer with Demetris - ‘demetris galatas aegean Rhodes’. If you’re offered this guy’s number be sure to take it. He was brilliant from start to finish with recommendations and being a general go to for absolutely anything and everything. Same with Evi, Emmanouil and the rest of the family. We were a family of 3 generations and it ticked everyone’s boxes. Downstairs bedroom for grandma, peaceful in the day but close enough to be able to walk to some lovely restaurants in the evening and also to the nightlife for the grandchildren. Local supermarket should you want food to eat in. The villa was spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation, the hosts or Demetri and I would love to go back if we get the chance. Everyone loved it and we were so sorry the stay had to come to an end.

Giorgios and Calypso’s property is simply amazing!!! Super functional house, with everything you need for a family, and breathtaking views and sunsets. The villa is spectacular in every way! It’s even better than the pictures, which is rare. George was responsive and helpful with local places to eat and shop. We rented a car which was very helpful, as the location isn’t really walkable. In hopes of informing others, the gym is great, but shared by others, including their family, so it can get a little crowded. The pool isn’t heated, as most pools in Greece, so just fyi. It’s crystal clear and perfectly clean though! Also, in Greece you can’t flush the toilet paper, and there was only one bidet in the 4 bathrooms, with open garbage cans, so just be aware. Nothing would have changed our 5 star review though! The outdoor cinema is great as well and beds comfortable! The AC also works well and the house is immaculate.

The villa was spectacular! Everything was perfect from the views to the well appointed rooms and timely response from Vartan to any question or request. We loved the location because it was just out of busiest areas but still easily accessible. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

Fabulous place with the kindest and most communicative host. The view was second to none. We loved befriending their cat Ginger, who we’d named Milo. There were many lovely welcome touches and thoughtful things during our stay that made us feel like welcome friends. You pretty much need a car here and there’s a bit of a walk to the house but very doable for us. Fyi-there is no laundry in the cottage so you need to coordinate in advance on the laundry machine if you intend to use it. Wasn’t a problem for us but wish I’d better understood that in advance as we travelled light with the need to wash. The design of the home is amazing and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Stanthis and Morfo!

We had a very enjoyable time in Mykonos and at Marios’s Airbnb. The pool overlooked a beautiful landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The neighborhood was private and secluded. Very nice! We will be back!!!

We visited Mykonos May 31 - June 3 so it was a really short trip (me, husband and 2 teenage kids). This apartment made us wish we had booked for longer. It was extremely clean (and the cleaners came to clean every single day - at no extra charge by the way). The weather still had a bit of chill in the air so we’d asked for the pool to be heated before our arrival. The pool was simply amazing! We swam in it each day (and night). What really stood out to me about staying at this property were: Georges’s responsiveness (he created a chat group for the trip so his responses were nearly instant; the transportation he arranged for us whenever we needed it with executive Mercedes buses (at a rate cheaper than uber); the many recommendations for beaches, taverns etc.), the cleanliness of the apartment (it was truly spotless!) , the multiple relaxation spots (2 lounge chairs outside our room upstairs); a hammock by the pool; shaded outdoor dining area; multiple loungers around the pool.

Excellent stay with family, a real pleasure to have discovered Crete and to relax in the accommodation and in the pool morning and evening (and even a few lunchtimes😉). Services that match the location. A splendid and quiet view. Remember to plan ahead for visits because you have to hit the road as soon as you want to visit, however the city center, the beaches and a very good restaurant are within walking distance, pure happiness! A big thank you to the host and the different service teams who facilitate our stay. I'm validating!

Such an amazing house. It was peaceful with plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach or beautiful view from the pool with plenty of gathering areas. Dana was our concierge who was fantastic. She had the best recommendations. My favorite was chef Giannis who taught us to cook some traditional Greek food at the house. Wish we could have stayed longer. This has been our favorite stay in Greece.
