Charming Ocean Beach cottage in the heart of this vibrant beach community. Built in 1918-we’ve kept the original hardwood floors, wood beam ceilings & exterior. It includes excellent heat & air conditioning. We also provide beach towels & cooler for a perfect beach vacation. The one room studio accommodation, queen size bed, small couch, separate full bathroom with shower & tub. Kitchen with gas stove & oven. Fast internet and tv with Amazon Firestick for viewing your favorite shows.

Josh Cottage at 29P

The year was 1946 and somebody in Twentynine Palms had the right idea--to build an adorable Spanish bungalow that simply oozed "romantic getaway to the desert," a place to take in the fresh air, the stillness at night and the stars. "Josh" as he is affectionately known, along with his partner "Tam" [an almost identical twin] is an updated version of that bungalow built so long ago. Modern in amenities, but pioneer in spirit, Josh is awaiting some special guests.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

The cottage is set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees adjacent to a beautiful white barn with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

Walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, restaurants, shops, etc. No service/support animals as the owner has severe allergies. .

The Crow's Nest Studio - walk to beach and town

Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy.
