2nd time to book the unit for my parents, and, as with the first time, everything went smoothly and my parents stay was comfortable and relaxing. Host's responsive and highly commendable too. Great find!

Found this listing last minute, and they were able to adjust to accommodate us. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great having our family visit us there! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive throughout. The spot was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, everything we needed was available, from fresh towels to clean linens. The location was convenient, perfect for having our family come over. Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Kerwin was a very nice and responsive host. When we arrived, the place was clean and smelled fresh. Perfect for bonding and karaoke night with fam and friends.

10/10 every appliance you need is in the unit. Affordable and the amenities are free like the pool and the gym. We were able to work from home because of the good internet connection. the guards and the maintenance team are very polite and approachable. safe place and surrounding.

Patrick's place was perfect for me. While it is true that the apartment is a bit dated, everything was great for me. This is one of the prime units in the building in a loft layout and a small balcony with really nice views. AC and WiFi worked perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped. Huge washer was also a bonus. I would gladly stay here again.

Very accommodating. The unit is better than seen in the pictures. As in Wow! Very responsive to our inquiries even if its late at night. He assist us well before and after our booking. Definitely will book again and recommend this to our friends.

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

Leaving a review even though I was not able to stay here due to technical issues in booking. The best host I have communicated with so far! He was very understanding when the booking date was incorrect - helped all throughout the process. Though unfortunately didnt went through in the end, but chatting with him made the sad situation better.

Superb stay! We stayed here for a night with my family of 11 — and grabe, sobrang ganda at linis ng place. Exactly as described sa post — lahat ng features complete at well-maintained. The house is very spacious and tidy, perfect for big groups like ours. Bonus pa, breathtaking yung view at night — kita mo lahat ng city lights, sobrang relaxing! Perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Special mention sa host na si Von — super bait at very easy kausap. Ang bilis mag-reply and very accommodating. He even went the extra mile and helped us secure a reservation sa Vice Ganda Comedy Club on very short notice — sobrang appreciate namin ’yon! 🙏 Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with an amazing night view, this is it. Would definitely book again!
