Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sozopol

Our stay was perfect—better than we expected. The apartment was spacious, cozy, clean, and filled with natural light, offering a relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The complex has a swimming pool and a small shop, both major advantages. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, and even beach towels, which was a nice surprise. We stayed as a group of three adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Each room had air conditioning for added comfort. The balcony, shaded in the morning, was perfect for breakfast or evening relaxation. Though some trees partially blocked the sea view, it was still lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect. Bulgaria may not be my top destination, but I would definitely return to this apartment.

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

I feel incredibly happy and grateful to have spent a vacation with my kids at Velichka’s place. She is one of the most radiant, positive, and helpful hosts I’ve ever met! I felt right at home—it’s cozy, warm, and has everything a family could need for a long vacation. Plus, the beach is just across the road. We had a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the photos—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. Check-in was super flexible, and the host provided clear and helpful instructions. The terrace had a stunning view, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to the Sea Garden, close to the city centre, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and fast food spots. There’s even a store right downstairs, which was super convenient. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet with no noise at night. Overall, the stay was definitely worth the cost. I’d absolutely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very hospitable hosts! We were met on their own initiative at the bus station, for which we are grateful))) the apartments are excellent, Wi-Fi is very fast. We recommended several interesting places, suggested where the amusement park for children is located, where the best beaches are. The experience of the trip was the best.

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Very cozy apartment. There is everything you need for a nice holiday. We almost felt at home. It was very cool! The sea is 5 minutes walk away, nearby are shops (open up to 24 hours) bank, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Host Rosvitas was very helpful, was always in contact with us and helped us lightning fast every time we needed help or advice (e.g. in case of problems with the internet he sent us a master on the same day who fixed all the problems). Rosvitas is an excellent host. Thank you to him and his nice manager. We didn't care that the pool didn't work! We did not drive to Sozopol because of the pool, but because of the sea and the sea! And even in bad weather you can always go somewhere in Sozopol,there is really something "beautiful" to see and do. We recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
