The apartment is located on a quiet street between the new and old town. There are 2 beaches within 700m. Guaranteed parking space nearby on a walking distance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with a sleeping sofa for children, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee maker. Two big balconies with a sea view to use for pictures. One balcony has 2 art rattan swings. Unlimited internet access, 2 TVs, iron, hair-dryer, towels.

Wonderful accommodation almost directly on the sea

Apartment with 2 bedrooms almost directly on the sea. A small cozy complex with a courtyard and a swimming pool for adults and children. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a cozy kitchen with all necessary equipment, a bedroom with an internal shower and toilet, a second bedroom, a separate toilet with a shower and two verandas. To the sea 50 meters, to shops (Lidl) 5 minutes , to cafes and restaurants 7 minutes on foot. Incredible sea view, spacious apartment for 5 adults.

We are renting our cozy 1 bedroom summer studio in the Sozopol old town. It is situated directly at the shore of the gulf with a beautiful sea view. The beach is 7 min. away on foot. Ground floor: kitchen with a fridge, stove, electric kettle and toaster. It is well equipped to serve your essential needs. Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two extra chair-beds. The small bathroom with shower is next to the bedroom. A small private terrace welcomes you at the main entrance.

We highly recommend staying at Sevetka’s hotel. It’s perfectly located—just 20 meters from the beach and right in the center of Sozopol, close to restaurants and shops. Sevetka was exceptionally kind and polite, making our stay even more pleasant.

Cosy Sozopol home 10 min. away from beach (room 1)

I highly recommend the place :) Starting with very good communication with Alex- always responding to the messages and willing to help- through exceptional hospitality of his family, ending at very clean and cosy rooms where you could feel like at home :) Btw, the place looks better in reality than on pictures and the vibe is really good. the location is also superb. It's a walking distance to the Old Town and 2 beaches nearby. If you prefer to go to other beaches like Kavatsite or Smokinia, bus stop is like 2 minutes away. Just around the corner you can find 2 bakeries with Banitsa (баница) and a shop. I will definitely book it again If I ever get back to Sozopol :)
