Als je van rust en privacy houdt is “this the place to be” Een prachtig klein dorpje zonder geluiden in de nacht. Heel pittoresk in een schitterende landelijke omgeving. Wil je de drukte in dan is dat op korte afstand op te zoeken. De stad, het strand, restaurants, prachtige dorpjes etc. Voor ons de ideale combinatie. Wij komen terug!!!!

Vi havde et meget dejligt ophold i huset. Vejret var ikke godt i perioden omkring den 28. - 31. oktober. Det var ugen med Regn, torden og lyn, som jo blev en katastrofe for andre steder i Spanien - især Valencia. De første fem dage (22.-26. okt.) var vi i huset med vores 7 ansatte - studietur, hvor vi bl.a. besøgte Alhambra. Vi startede hver dag med yoga udendørs og sprang i poolen bagefter - skøn oplevelse for alle! Da familien tog over (uge 2) og vejret skiftede, sørgede Ma Carmen for, at varmen blev skruet op og vi fik brænde til pejsen. Vi havde det meget hyggeligt i huset med vores børn og børnebørn, til hvem vi havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for af børnesenge, - stole og legetøj - der manglede ikke noget! Der var dejligt sengetøj og tæpper til alle. Landskabet og huset er enormt smukt og næsten hver dag oplevede vi hyrden med sine geder, får og hunde på bjergsiden - meget fascinerende! Vejen op til huset kræver en god bil!! Det er en meget smal og snoet bjergvej!

Das Haus war wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tom ist ein super Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Der Papierkram mit der betreuenden Agentur davor war etwas überambitioniert. Im Winter muss man ganz schön was für Heizung draufrechnen, aber das wussten wir aus ähnlichen Erfahrungen vorher. Danke, Tom! Jederzeit wieder.

Jose’s place is one of the most special places i’ve ever stayed (and I travel a lot). Full of original art — Jose is a very talented painter and sculptor — and decorated with consummate taste throughout. So much more interesting and beautiful than the usual bland Airbnb style you get elsewhere. The grounds were tranquil and beautifully laid out; the pool was glorious; the kitchen was amply equipped; and Jose kept surprising us with delicious home baked treats. Immaculately clean, too. Such a special place. I can’t recommend it, and Jose, highly enough.

Uno de los lugares más increíbles que hemos visitado. La casa es espectacular y las vistas son impresionantes. Fuimos un grupo de amigos y todos acabamos con muy buenas sensaciones y sin ganas de volver. Ha sido una gran experiencia y estoy seguro que volveremos.

Casa molt acollidora, amb banys reformats, habitacions espaioses i llits ben amples, que comparteix espai comú (piscina bàsicament) amb altres cases de can pericot. Estància molt agradable en família. La cuina podria tenir algun equipament més, tot i que estava molt bé!

Un excellent séjour, la maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Encore mieux que prévu! Jaime nous a très bien reçus et nous a donné de bons conseils touristiques. Il a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions. Enfin la situation en pleine campagne est calme et ressourçante. Merci pour votre accueil.

We had a fantastic stay at the Olive Farm. It was a beautiful location with stunning views over the national park and reservoir. The pool is very private and catches the sun all day. The apartment itself was very clean and well decorated. Breakfast each morning was a treat and it is only a short walk from the small town. We even had a tour of the olive oil production line. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!

Firstly Manuel was a brilliant host. Helpful, friendly and very responsive! The villa was AMAZING. We stayed there as a group of friends and had the best time. The villa was extremely clean, even better than the photos! The pool and the outdoor kitchen was our favourite, such a great space. The villa was close to Santiago town centre (we had rental cars) and the airport so it was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Santiago you need to stay here!

Such a special accommodation in the middle of nature. Although there are a few other apartments on the grounds, it feels like you’re on your own. The hosts were there if we needed anything and the apartment had everything that you could need for a stay in a remote place. If you need a break from your busy life, this is definitely the place for you!

Un alojamiento muy espectacular, precioso, bien cuidado. RentitUp está pendiente de las cosas. La persona que gestiona el mantenimiento, Carlos, magnífico. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi y hablamos con RentitUp con mucha facilidad. No pudieron hacer nada para arreglarlo, pero siempre a disposición. Tuvimos problemas con el viento, en la chimenea principal, que reboca el humo, pero bueno, conseguimos manejarlo... Las otras dos chimeneas si tienen cristales para evitar que salga el humo. La casa es maravillosa, repetiría sin dudarlo y la experiencia con RentitUp ha sido muy buena. El hecho de que esté a 25 minutos andando del centro (a 4 minutos de taxi) no significó ningún problema para nosotros, al contrario, la tranquilidad, no estar en la zona turística y disponer de este espacio, realmente no lo cambio por una casa más normal en el centro... Un lugar encantador. Gracias!!

We had an amazing stay, the house was beautiful and great size for our party of 4 adults. Our hosts were so friendly and left us some beer and soft drinks on arrival, as well as a fresh lettuce straight from their garden. Highly recommend

La casa és genial per venir amb amics o família. Un lloc tranquil i molt ben equipat. És una casa preciosa i molt nova, situada en un entorn idíl·lic. Un gran descobriment!

Hemos pasado un par de días en la Masía y no podríamos haber estado mejor. La ubicación de la casa y la casa en sí son increíbles. Además Oriol es amabilísimo y ha estado muy atento en todo momento . Lo recomendaría 100%

Hemos pasado el finde entre amigos y la verdad que la casa de María tiene todo lo que se necesita tanto para una larga como corta estancia. Muy bien equipada. La única “pega” es que éramos todos adultos y hay una habitación que es de niños, son 4 literas, si los adultos son grandes como lo éramos nosotros quizás es algo incómoda, pero ya lo sabíamos de antes.

Increíble alojamiento y ubicación. La zona es preciosa, rutas a pie sin necesidad de coger coche. Si queremos ir a la fageda está a 5 min en coche. Repetiremos seguro :)

Alojamiento ideal para desconectar en un entorno de campo. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos en familia o con amigos, camas muy muy cómodas y almohadas también, cocina completa, sala de estar amplia, buena climatización...en definitiva una casa súper acogedora, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Beatriz ha sido súper atenta y amable, siempre ha estado pendiente y ha respondido con rapidez. Por mencionar algo malo, el lavavajillas no funcionaba y por las noches (a partir de las 12) la presión del agua bajó muchísimo y nos fue muy complicado el ducharnos, pero supongo que es más un tema del ayuntamiento y no de la casa. En resumen, sitio indispensable para ir a esa zona, repetiremos sin dudarlo

Estar en la casa de María fue una experiencia increíble. El lugar está rodeado de una naturaleza impresionante, en un entorno tan pacífico que invita al descanso y la desconexión. María fue una anfitriona excepcional, siempre atenta y con excelentes recomendaciones para explorar caminatas por los alrededores. La casa es un verdadero refugio: cálida, acogedora, y con un estilo encantador que hace sentirte como en casa. Sin duda, intentaremos volver!!

This house is fabulous! We had all 14 members of our extended family (8 adults, and 6 children including an 8-month old) together for a week, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for the children to play, and it was a luxury to have private bathrooms in every bedroom. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and we enjoyed most of our meals outside on the patio. Located on a hillside with views to Santander and the Bay, the house is adjacent to a farm with sheep and donkeys, to our grandchildren's delight. Carmen was a terrific host, always responsive to our pre-trip questions, and Maria Angeles was there to greet us upon our arrival, and to make us feel right at home. We enjoyed everything about our vacation, from going to beaches, to visiting Santander, to just spending time together. The house was perfect!
