Holiday rentals in Spathies Beach

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was beautifully kept, spotless, and had everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and full of charm—clearly put together with care and attention. The garden leading right onto the beach felt like a dream. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, kind, and helpful. When we mentioned we were a bit cold, extra blankets were brought the very next day. The layout worked really well for two families, even with some separation between spaces. The location is ideal—secluded enough to feel peaceful, yet still close to everything. Traveling with toddlers can be tricky, especially when it comes to safety, but this home was just right. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout. We’re truly grateful for the experience and hope to return one day.

Tatiana and Nikos are super friendly and accommodating hosts, always approachable and supporting. The apartment has everything as stated. The sea view from the veranda was the daily highlight for us and easily surpasses everything you see in the photos. You only have to cross a path to get to the beach and you are right on the crystal clear sea, perfect for snorkelling. Awesome accommodation, wholehearted recommendation!

Eine traumhafte Villa eingerahmt von Blumen und Bäumen, ruhig, mit allem ausgestattet, super sauber, eine fantastische Terrasse, mit Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben es genossen und viel Zeit (Abende) hier verbracht. Stella war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns ein Auto organisiert. Es hat alles prima geklappt. Wir wurden nett von Stellas Mutter empfangen. Es war ein sensationeller Aufenthalt, überwältigend!!! Auch idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Chalkidiki zu erkunden. Danke Stella 😍

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

Muhteşem. Manzara olağanüstü, büyüleyici. Kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz, sakin, huzurlu. Cennet. Konstantina çok misafirperver. Erken vardık ve plajda beklerken Konstantina bize plaja çesitli soğutulmuş meyveler ve içecek getirdi. Ayrıca evde tatilimiz sonuna kadar yeten bir sürü ikramları oldu. En ufak ayrıntısına kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Çok teşekkür ederiz Konstantina. Umarım en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşürüz.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Sailor Home verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, und die Ruhe vor Ort hat für perfekte Erholung gesorgt. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern Natur und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent two fabulous, relaxing weeks at Stavroula and Gregoris’ cottage. It’s beautifully furnished and comprehensively equipped so you can travel light. There is a pleasant short walk home from the small town centre, ideal after some great meals in the many restaurants and tavernas. Their recommendations for the nicest places to eat were accurate. They are warm, friendly and welcoming hosts who made our stay so enjoyable. A gloriously peaceful spot with outlooks from the terrace across the olive grove to the sea; the most relaxing place to be with a glass of Rose.
