Apat rasa rumah sendiri & seperti di hotel fasilitasnya. harga sangat terjangkau, ramah, homey lingkungannya. semua fasilitas sesuai dengan foto yg tertera di iklan bahkan bu Titik menyediakan fasilitas lebih agar membuat keluarga nyaman tinggal disana. kemana mana dekat & mudah karena di pusat kota. insyaAllah next time jika berkunjung ke jogja kembali dengan keluarga apartemen akan jd pilihan bagus. terimakasih bu

I stayed here for 2 nights. The host was very responsive from the moment I booked the room. The location is very close to The Alana Convention Center — you just need to cross from the tower.

Nice condo with all amenities that you might need. Our stay was really comfortable 🤝

Penginapan yang sangat saya rekomendasikn untuk semua yang mau stay di Jogja! Ownernya sangat ramah dan helpful bgt. Ketika bilang ada salah satu alat dapur yang kurang enak, langsung diganti baru. Kamar bersih, nyaman, semua peralatan dapur dan kamar mandi lengkap. Bahkan ada jam dinding yang ga semua tempat penginapan menyediakan. Overall is good👍🏻👍🏻 Kamar disediakan snack, air, dan ada hairdryer dan kamarnya sangat wangii😭👍🏻 Bakalan kembali kesini lagi kalo ke Jogja! Recomended!! Istri jadi happy. Stay 4hari 3malam ga berasa. Lokasi sangat strategis. Banyak makanan enak-enak, ke mall/malioboro juga ga terlalu jauh. TOP 👍🏻 udah Free Parking juga👌🏻 Nilai plusnya lagi, bisa request untuk kamar dibersihkan. first time staying here for 4d3n and feel extremely satisfied with all the facilities this place provided! the apartment is clean, and feel so homey. definitely will rent this place again next time i come to solo! thankyou kak❤️

The rooms fragrance is 👌🏼, nice view which is straight to merapi. The most thing I like is the wifi, super fast and no loading at all. It is really important and helpful for workers.. the host is also super responsive. Probably will stay here next time when im go to Jogja

Puas bangett!!!! Nginep 3 hari 2 malem + extend 6 jam karena nunggu kereta, sekamar ber4 masih nyaman bgt Amenities lengkap puoll (sampe bisa nyuci nyetrika trs disediain hairdryer extra bantal extra bedcover), Bersih puoll , Kolam renangnya juga nyaman Yang paling penting ownernya sangat helpfull dan fast respon Pokoknya akan aku rekomendasikan ke temen dan saudara meskipun jarak ke pusat kota (malioboro) agak jauh sekitar 30menit pakai mobil tapi nyaman bgt Thanks a lot :)

We stayed at JSH as a family of 4 people, incl. a toddler. JSH is a great place for family. Tina paid attention to small details for her guests, e.g. in our experience, high chair and baby-friendly food utensils. Although the property is located in old apartment complex, Tina managed to upgrade her property, so it feels nice and comfortable. The property is well-facilitated, even Tina managed to assist with certain additional requests. Regarding the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool and gym available in the apartment complex. The location is relatively close to city center, so it only takes less than 15 minutes of driving to get there. There are many restaurants within radius of 5 kilometres.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave us extra bakpia and some foods. The place was really comfy. I'd totally recommend it to my family/friends if they're staying in Jogja! Thank you Mr Daniell :)

Design homestay-nya minimalis tapi bagus, fasilitas yg disediakan hampir lengkap berasa seperti dirumah sendiri, disediakan cemilan dan air untuk minum, ada smart tv, tuan rumah ramah, responsif dan baik sekali. senang dan berkesan menginap disini. terima kasih pak puguh 🙏

Eventhough the building is quite old, but it is well maintained, and clean, all air cons are well functioning. The host is friendly and fast responsive.

It was a good place. If you are European or American the neighborhood is pretty local which can be a plus or minus depending on what you are looking for. Overall a great experience.
