Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Villa Capo Blue

The villa is in Torre delle Stelle, a holiday destination, only 40 minutes from the capital, Cagliari and its airport. In Torre there are 2 famous beaches, one of which, Genn'e Mari, 500m from the villa, with soft sand and shallow crystal waters, safe for children. The turquoise clear waters provide excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities. 5 minutes walk from the villa, there are also 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, a fishmonger, 3 cafes, 3 tennis courts, basket and football pitch.

Nel residence Geremeas mare (45 km da aeroporto): appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino privato, composto da ingresso, salone con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia , veranda con terrazza vista mare (privati) dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali, ulteriore terrazzino (privato) sulla spiaggia (e' il terrazzo più vicino in assoluto alla spiaggia ) .

Disposta su un solo piano, comoda e luminosa gode di una bella vista sulla baia. La posizione consente di visitare le più belle spiaggie della costa sud est della Sardegna. Dista in auto a 15 min. da Villasimius e 35 min. da Cagliari.

There is also a roofed beach terrace (directly on the beach), where you can relax under the shade, watch the beach and the sea, meditate, workout, or just enjoy a glass of wine

A 400 m. walk from the beach, overlooking the sea, the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by the Mediterranean landscape, Villa Liliana is furnished with simplicity and typical Sardinian decoration. Three of the rooms have a private bathroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom on the corridor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, bathroom with laundry. Outside, two furnished balconies, barbecue and a garden, not fenced.
