Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Accommodation in a private apartment building with parking, a nice playground and a ski bus stop in front of the house. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a kitchen and a living room. The apartment has a lockable storage room for skis, sleds and bicycles in the hallway of the house right next to the front door. Parking card for one car. Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.

The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.
