Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. A perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

Live directly above the waves in this stunning seafront property. Nestled under the huge pine trees, two cabins accommodate up to 7 people in this peaceful and idyllic setting. The entire plot forms a natural terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains, the sea and the beachfront. A staircase leads directly down to the waves, a few steps further take you to one of the Dalmatian coast's nicest and calmest beaches. Gradac is a gem on the coast, and this property is the gem within the gem.

This beautiful beach front villa is located in the pretty coastal resort of Medici along the Split Riviera. With its retro style interior opening out onto a sea front garden and terraces, the villa suits a family or friends up to 5 people. Guests enter into a hallway followed by the mezzanine ground floor. The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms with balconies and spaceaous bathroom.

There is a surprisingly spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, one bedroom with a king-size bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa which can accommodate two more guests, a bathroom with a shower. The airconditioning and a flat-screen tv compliments every house with free wi-fi for a seamless connection with the rest of the world.

Private bay residence is located in a beautiful bay, a little distance from other places and guests can enjoy nature, peace and quiet, crystal clear sea and beautiful view. The bungalow has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, an outdoor dining room and an outdoor shower. The bungalow has private access, parking, free wifi, and towels, linens and a welcome drink from home are included for all guests. A path just a few meters long leads to the sea.

Our stone house with a swimming pool is located on the beautiful, green island of Brač, near the ethno-eco village of Dol. It is surrounded by olive trees, it is quiet, plenty of space for children, as well as pets. In the village of Dol, which is a 10-minute walk away, there are also two restaurants. 3 km away is the village of Postira, with several shops, hotels, restaurants, beaches, recreation for children. Guests can enjoy nature walks, grilling, socializing.

Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. During winter period we have special offer with great price which can be agreed and optional organized activities (fishing trips, olive garden, excursions,...).

Apartments Nikola welcome you to Plano, about 4 km from the old town of Trogir. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. Barbecue facilities are also at your disposal.
