Frankton Rd is the main road into downtown Queenstown which can be busy at times during the day

The space

We're pleased to be able to offer up to 3GB of WiFi data per day.
Ensuite bathroom fully plumbed. Hot water connected via house system.
During the winter months we "winterise" the plumbing as a frost precaution, when we have vacancies between guests. If the water has been turned off, guests will need to turn water back on(inside valves, outside taps and bathroom tap). We will give you full instructions.
Unfortunately the gas range/oven has to be disconnected but a microwave oven, jug and toaster are available for your convenience.
Please note our caravan is not suitable for guests with mobility issues as it is up an inclined path and approx 13 steps(see photo 9 showing half the stair way).
Our property is centrally located between the Airport (3 km) and downtown Queenstown (4.5km) and is directly across from the lake. Bus stops for buses towards Frankton is 350m (to the left) and for buses into Queenstown is 400m (to the left).

Guest access
The space is all yours to enjoy privately.
You have full access to everything listed.

Other things to note
If staying on a NZ Public Holiday, our cleaning companies surcharge for cleaning is already included in your rate.
Our cleaners supply tea, coffee, milk, soap, shampoo and toilet paper for at least the first night of your stay, until you have time to purchase any items and groceries you require. Do let us know if you need directions to the closest shops and supermarket/s.
