We had a great visit at Kim’s place. The house was comfortable and roomy for our party. Comfy beds! We hung out in the front yard in the mornings with our coffee. Great walking from the front door!

We recently rented this home for our family reunion, and it was absolutely perfect! The outdoor space was the highlight—plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We made great use of the basketball and pickleball courts, played horseshoes and cornhole in the beautiful backyard, and gathered around the fire pit for s’mores in the evenings. There were loungers for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful setting, which was great for all ages. The resident peacocks added a fun and unique touch, making their presence known in the most charming way. Highly recommend!

My son and I stayed for a few days to take care of some business. Alena's was perfect for what we needed. House very clean, kitchen had everything that we needed, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated being able to bring our two small dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Love this place! I used to live not far from here and know this area very well. Denise is very friendly and always responsive. Her house is sparkling clean and we felt so comfortable staying there with our almost 4 year old child. Would recommend this place to everyone:)

Great place, as described. Even had some small snacks, coffee pods & laundry soap which was nice! Hardly any check out procedures to follow makes this place a star for us 🌟 easy breezy!!! We will definitely return. We also liked the tv feature which allows you to select your checkout date and automatically logs you out of any apps (Netflix, etc) which I haven’t seen before. Cool! We did not encounter any issues during this stay.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

This is a lovely home, beautifully decorated, in a charming neighborhood. Joon is a friendly and most responsive host. We had a full house with family members from distant locations meeting in Spokane for a family wedding and this home accommodated us wonderfully! The home is very well maintained, and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make large family meals. All the rooms are spacious with very comfortable furniture. And the outdoor space is a delight. We are so appreciative of Joon for having this lovely home to offer.

Was a great place to stay

Katrina’s place was clean, comfortable & inviting. We have stayed here several times - it is a perfect location with easy access to downtown. We definitely will stay again.

The Parkside Nest above-garage apartment is new and clean and fresh, with a great shower, comfortable bed, and adequate kitchen space/supplies for cooking. Although outdoor temps were up to 90 during our stay, the mini-split worked like a champ keeping the upstairs space cool. Kelly provided all the info we needed to easily get in and get situated. She was super responsive to questions and requests. The location across from Manito park is fantastic. We walked our dog there at least twice a day - so, so nice. There are several restaurants a few blocks away, as well as a 7-11; a grocery store is a quick drive, and all of the city is a longer walk or easy drive. FYI - pre-2025 reviews seem to be for the main house, rather than the apartment above the garage, so don’t rely on those for what to expect regarding the home/amenities. The apartment is as pictured, yet feels more spacious than it appears in photos. We were very comfortable there.

This place was absolutely lovely! Very responsive / helpful host. Everything was super clean and comfortable with great amenities. Traveling with a dog is not always easy but they had baby gates for the deck to keep her contained while we were hanging out outside. The “doggy basket” containing baggies, towels and a blanket was unexpected and so nice! We enjoyed our time sitting on the chairs in the creek. Very peaceful and secluded but still close enough to town. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back in the future!

Don’t over think this beautiful home-just book it! It’s in the best neighborhood in Spokane and was so comfy and charming. We will be back for sure! ❤️❤️

An L-shaped studio apt (bathroom has a door) as a standalone building on a small farm. Very quaint. Super comfortable bed. Peaceful location. Host extremely kind. I spoke with her one morning while she was feeding the horses and she was more than willing to let me hang out with them for a bit and could do so whenever, as long as I remembered to close the barn door. I got the impression this host will leave you alone if you want that but is also perfectly happy to chat if you engage. Honestly, isn't that the perfect type? Communication was excellent before, during, and at the end of our stay. There was breakfast in the fridge when we arrived (fresh eggs, crepes, and huckleberry syrup, plus yogurt) and other snacks in addition to coffee, etc. The accomodations themselves are quite comfortable. This place is perfect for a short stay, but if I were on a weeklong business/pleasure trip, I'd happily stay as well. The price takes it from a bargain to an absolulte steal.

It was a great stay for us and our pup passing through town! The house was very updated and clean!
