Beachfront holiday rentals in Spokane River

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were very active on some days and just relaxed in the cabin on others. Loved it.!

We had a great time celebrating a milestones with friends in this house. Billie was kind enough to provide us with fresh basket of eggs, warm welcome, and local recommendations. We spent a lot of time mesmerizing the view, walking up and down the shore, bird watching (lots of eagles around!), and also appreciating all of the details in the house, including the antique collections and personal decorations. The house is just across from the lake (there's also a boat launch access). Not only the place full of friendly farm animals, but it's also quiet and serene at the same time. Our friend group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back in the future :)

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at this beautiful little cabin. So much fun have private beach access! We especially enjoy the paddleboat. Landon was friendly and flexible with us checking in, the cabin was clean and well-stocked, there were many fun things to do, and the location was idyllic! There was a small issue with the hot water and Landon was immediately responsive and helped us get it sorted out quickly. Wonderful trip, would definitely stay again, thank you!

We stayed at Sandra's cabin on a Labor Day Weekend and we loved it! The cabin was very clean - the cleanest Airb&b I have ever stayed at. The place is perfect for two people. Sandra's cabin is pet friendly. Our dog Joy enjoyed racing back and forth in a front yard. She is a smaller doggie and we had to keep an eye on her as lots of deer coming to the yard. We enjoyed watching them hanging out in the yard or picking fresh apples directly from the tree.

Misha was extremely kind and responsive. There is a guide book right when you walk in that tells you everything you need to know about the house and the general area. The house was awesome and I would absolutely go back.

A lovely place indeed. The river and the backyard is just beautiful in the morning. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The house was perfect! It has everything you need to feel right at home+++++. Beautiful inside and out. Sitting on the deck all day was my favorite part, having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night watching the sunset.

The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

We stayed as a family of 8, and all of us loved the place! The house is spacious and so comfortable. Since Travis and Kim live across the street, it was nice to shake hands and talk for a bit. We had an excellent time in Sandpoint! The town is very cute, and within walking distance from the condo. The listing was exactly as described- it was very clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults! We would love to come back sometime!

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

Upon walking into the condo you feel right at home. So spacious and cozy. It is beautifully decorated with an amazing lake view. The unit was fully equipped with everything needed. Just a short walk to the streets of downtown Sandpoint. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

the complex has two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a horseshoe pit. lots of things to do. the unit has everything you need plus a view of the lake. the ac units kept the bedrooms comfortable but the loft got pretty toasty on 85+degree days. we were still able to get our kids to sleep by keeping the windows and sliding glass door open with all the fans on and by 9pm they were able to fall asleep. we made up for the later bed time by giving them longer naps during the day. for adults going to bed later it wouldn't have mattered. I enjoyed our stay very much!

This place was absolutely great. The host is friendly and also it's a really good deal. The only downside was when you fill the inside garbage can you are requested to leave the bag inside the house until your stay is over. I understand that it is to stop animals from getting to it but if there was an outside trash reciprocal this place would be perfect.

The house was amazing! Clean and comfortable, felt right at home. The view is amazing and the deck offers the perfect place to visit with friends and relax while watching the river. Would definitely visit again!

I’ve now stayed here three times. I will continue to book this place because of the easy access to town, the design, massive kitchen, and how clean the place is. This place was extremely thought out when they put it together. Host (Chris) is always responsive, but we never had issues, just asked about town stuff and living in the area.

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

This lake home is indeed quiet even though there are neighbors nearby! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies. The many, many windows on the lake side provide a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains on the other side of the lake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place for relaxation.

Jessica was very responsive when texting, her directions were spot on to a 10th of a mile, depending on how fast the dirt gravel road is driven its about 45-60 minutes, definitely would recommend AWD or 4×4, but if careful a normal car at slower speeds can make it, the streets in Spokane are worse in certain areas. Pay attention to the directions.The cabin was very inviting, and the view was amazing, Currently work is being done on a lot next to hers, well drilling, but nothing Cozy Cabin can do about that.still relaxing DVD selection is very diversified, surround sound was great. The hummingbirds were amazing to watch, if your still enough one might use a finger to land on, like it did for me.Firepit was great for a small fire for smores. Proper use of windows and ceiling fans kept the place cool in the evenings. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed out 27th wedding anniversary on the lake. We are already talking about a return trip in the future. Hope to meet Jessica in the future

We love coming here every summer, it’s the highlight of our year! This is my family’s 4th time and we will continue to come to Bobbi and Ed’s because it’s just the perfect place to have fun and relax. Bobbi and Ed are the best hosts, and I really can’t recommend their home enough, especially if you are looking for a cozy, inviting place to spend the summer with your family. My kids love it and have the best time with all the fun things to do on the water. My husband and I love sitting outside enjoying the beautiful view after the kiddos go to bed-summer nights on the lake are pretty much the best thing ever and so relaxing!
