Cafes, restaurants and bars in the Wrangelkiez are just minutes away and in the adjacent park you can take a leisurely break from everyday life. Due to the excellent location, the bus and U Bhf Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor are within walking distance in 3 minutes and there is public parking right in front of the house and on the Landwehr Canal.

Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. Berlin and Potsdam are practically at your doorstep. The island itself invites you to take beautiful walks in the countryside, on the water or through the village with its old alleys to linger in cozy cafes and restaurants.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh directly on the water, overlooking Lake Templin. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the lake view. A 1.60 m wide box-spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. A TV, a small stereo system and some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
