House holiday rentals in Spring Valley

We stayed for 2 nights and we were glad we book this place. It was beautiful and spacious enough to host 10 of us. location was quiet, peaceful and close by to the strip (under 30mins). Due to the summer heat, the pool was convenient for us to take a dip and cool off. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again. Our host, Emily was responsive, over all experience was great.

Great place, kids had lots of fun in the pool. Arcade games were located in garage, which was really hot and somewhat unbearable during the day, other than that the house was great.

I was so surprised with how fast the host answered and how flexible he was we are so thankful for the early check it ! The place looked just like the pictures the pool was perfect ! We really did enjoy our stay!

To me this is always a 5 star place. This is my 5th time returning to this place. Fantastic and cozy place.

Quiet & family oriented neighborhood. Great pool & hot tub! House matched description perfectly. We do wish it would have had shaded seating in the back yard, that summer sun is brutal! The address on the app brought us to a house on Misty Ct, but we are Vegas natives so it was not hard for us to find it after that. It did not affect our stay at all. Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying again! Could not speak more highly of this property.

This space definitely outshines the pictures and or listing itself. It was clean, beautifully decorated offered all the amenities. Quiet and quaint location. He is friendly and responsive and makes himself available if necessary. I would definitely stay with him again.

This property is in a serene neighborhood and allows all the privacy one needs. It is easy to access with a clean, bright interior. The host was prompt to respond, attentive to our needs, kind. We would definitely recommend it to others, especially if one is looking for the perfect spot to unwind after a busy, full of excitement day in Las Vegas.

Our oldest boy had a hockey camp to participate in Las Vegas and we took family here for a short family vacation. 10min from ice rink made the commute easy. We visited to Red Rock Canyon several times (15-20min) and Mt. Charleston (50min) for hiking. Stunning scenery. It’s only 15min to the Strip which was nice to drop family members off to any shows and pick them up. Kids enjoyed the game area. Kitchen was clean and spacious. The porch was nice too! We enjoyed Las Vegas very much! Thank you! We had a great time.

Awesome host Angelina even gave us permission to sleep in after a 12 hour family reunion the night before that was nice that she let us stay couple hours after check out so we can avoid traffic back to San Diego. Angelina also replies very very quick to any messages regarding local restaurants or places to go for a drink, I love the fact I was able to have nice fresh air as our weekend stay was 114 degrees HOT

We live in Las Vegas and needed a great place to stay while we were having repairs done to our home. Felt very much at home in this property. Very clean home, easy check in/out, quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to work from home for a week.

We encountered just a couple of minor issues, but they were resolved almost immediately. The home was stunning, and the pool was beautifully maintained—perfect for cooling off in the hot sun! Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly, making our experience all the more enjoyable!

Jess was very friendly and very responsive as our host. The place was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos, felt like home and slept well. Had a 7 girls birthday trip and there was soooo much space. Definitely staying here for my next trip :)

The house was great! Very clean and decorated perfectly for all ages! The game room was a nice touch! It was close enough to the strip and everything else we wanted to do, but also far enough away that we weren’t irritated by the sounds of traffic. All the rooms were spacious and the massive kitchen on the 2nd floor was the perfect meeting place for our family every day to start and recap our adventures. The tv in the living room was massive, and although we didn’t use it much, it was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

They were always super responsive, especially when I let them know when I’d be in town and all that jazz! It was awesome!

Home is beautiful and spacious. It’s clean and modern with laminate floors and white interior. There’s also plenty of natural lighting. The backyard patio is nice at night and early morning. At night, you can see Luxor’s sky beam. The attached garage is very helpful in the Vegas’ heat. The dryer and washer are also located in the garage. One notable experience is the shower - lot of pressure. It’s like showering in heavy rain at max flow. The neighbourhood is peaceful and it’s a 10-15 minutes drive from the strip. There are plenty of eateries and stores nearby. At times, it’s even better to take an uber to the strip(parking is expensive). Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. All my queries were quickly answered. Overall it’s a nice and convenient place to stay especially with a family.

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

We visit Las Vegas often and this was my very first air bnb stay and it really left a great impression because of Sabit's wonderful hospitality! As soon as we walked in with my family, it felt so homey and welcoming and we felt right at home. Everything we needed and everything was perfect and clean! Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, quiet neighborhood and felt safe! My favorite was the clean jetted tub, and my kids loved the pool table! Will miss the place and will book again! Well worth the money!

The residence is in a great neighborhood near stores. We were pleasantly surprised by the high tech bathroom features. The residence was secured by a gate that required a code to access. The decor was super cool. Kitchen had all the expected small appliances and modern refrigerator.
