House holiday rentals in Spring Valley

I was so surprised with how fast the host answered and how flexible he was we are so thankful for the early check it ! The place looked just like the pictures the pool was perfect ! We really did enjoy our stay!

Ryan’s house was perfect for our group of 8! There’s two roll away beds in the master closet, so everyone slept comfortably. The private pool and hot tub were super nice to relax in! The house is located super close to the strip and Allegiant Stadium so there was a lot to do and explore. Ryan was a super responsive host and made sure we had all the information we needed when checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay!

House was everything that was described. Pool was wonderful and refreshing on a couple really hot days. Everything was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this home. We did have a little issue getting the waterfall to work, but Melissa responded immediately and solved our issue. Great home, with great host! Thank you!!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Myriam was extremely helpful and responsive through the duration of our trip. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and very easy to get to and from the strip and other surrounding areas. The amenities were as described and the house was gorgeous, spacious and welcoming. We would love to return in the future!

Great place everything matches photos/description

Quiet & family oriented neighborhood. Great pool & hot tub! House matched description perfectly. We do wish it would have had shaded seating in the back yard, that summer sun is brutal! The address on the app brought us to a house on Misty Ct, but we are Vegas natives so it was not hard for us to find it after that. It did not affect our stay at all. Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying again! Could not speak more highly of this property.

Felt right at home. Not to far from the strip and places to eat. Has great entertainment for our family. Free of clutter and nice and clean. My family enjoyed every moment there.

The perfect place to stay. We relaxed poolside, played games and watched movies in comfort. The location was so convenient. We were minutes from shows and everything Vegas has to offer. The shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. We were comfortable, relaxed and happy from check in to check out. Thank you Douglas.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The place was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The host was quick to respond to any questions, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Loved the stay at Jairos place, it was really close to the strip and make our stay in Las Vegas so much more worth it. There is alot of good asian food around the area and its all open late

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. Great house … perfect location…lots of space … 3 bathrooms was so nice! Really appreciated the nice bedrooms, bathrooms…amenities (sham/cond, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, laundry detergent) so handy! Pool was fantastic … so warm outside … no heating required! We felt right at home - would rent again if we had a similar vacation plan…Highly recommend 😀

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. We wanted to stay away from the Strip, and this location was the ideal distance—private, peaceful, and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Great place to stay feels like home will rent out the place again

This space definitely outshines the pictures and or listing itself. It was clean, beautifully decorated offered all the amenities. Quiet and quaint location. He is friendly and responsive and makes himself available if necessary. I would definitely stay with him again.

This property is in a serene neighborhood and allows all the privacy one needs. It is easy to access with a clean, bright interior. The host was prompt to respond, attentive to our needs, kind. We would definitely recommend it to others, especially if one is looking for the perfect spot to unwind after a busy, full of excitement day in Las Vegas.

The house was great! Very clean and decorated perfectly for all ages! The game room was a nice touch! It was close enough to the strip and everything else we wanted to do, but also far enough away that we weren’t irritated by the sounds of traffic. All the rooms were spacious and the massive kitchen on the 2nd floor was the perfect meeting place for our family every day to start and recap our adventures. The tv in the living room was massive, and although we didn’t use it much, it was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

We loved our stay! And Arturo was a great host. It was a smooth check in and exit process as well, and we weren’t bombarded with tons of complicated chores to complete upon checkout. We will definitely be back and will recommend this stay to others.

We live in Las Vegas and needed a great place to stay while we were having repairs done to our home. Felt very much at home in this property. Very clean home, easy check in/out, quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to work from home for a week.

The residence is in a great neighborhood near stores. We were pleasantly surprised by the high tech bathroom features. The residence was secured by a gate that required a code to access. The decor was super cool. Kitchen had all the expected small appliances and modern refrigerator.
