Excellent petit déjeuner (en supplément) Uditha a été de très bon conseil pour le restaurant « The fine dine restaurant « et il nous a emmené avec son TukTuk jusqu’à Mirissa en faisant des arrêts sur les plus belles plages. Nous recommandons, très bon rapport qualité/prix

Only stayed one night at Sandun's place, but a fabulous stay. Went on a great safari tour organized my the host, just a few minutes after checking it. The safari was fantastic with a guide who really knows his stuff, with a keen eye, he kept spotting the animals, that would otherwise not been noticed. After the tour we had a great srilankan dinner at the stay, and then again breakfast in the morning. Delicious!! Highly recommend!!

L'établissement "Natural Cabana" porte bien son nom. Les logements sont blottis dans un jardin verdoyant où les oiseaux chantent joyeusement. S'endormir au son des vagues est très grisant. Les "cabanes" sont rustiques. Il peu y avoir des insectes et des moustiques à l'intérieur mais rien d'extrême et pas dans votre lit qui est confortable. Le ventilateur au plafond est efficace. Le WIFI est assez bon. La salle de bain est petite mais livre la marchandise. La douche a une bonne pression. Il y a un restaurant sur place. On peut également louer des kayaks sur place pour se promener dans les lagunes. La mer est à deux minutes du site. Des chaises longues dont certaines à l'ombre permettent de passer la journée sur la plage sans brûler. Il y a d'autres restaurants sur la petite route qui longe la mer et des boutiques. Tangalle est moins infesté de touristes. L'endroit est calme avec une plage qui est longue et large avec un beau sable. C'est mon deuxième séjour à cet endroit.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and my daughters were excited to have their own little house! It was well set up with a restaurant across the road for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and also packed breakfast for the safari if needed. The hosts were very friendly and showed us lots of birds and animals in the lush garden. They also shared badminton nets and cricket bats for our daughters to play and put up big hammocks to relax in. They were able to arrange everything such as the safari tour, a trip to the local Buddhist temple and to see a colony of fruit bats, and a car to our next destination. I’d recommend going for the 6 hour safari as you can go a bit further into the park and not be around as many jeeps. We saw elephants, mongoose, monitor lizards, the giant Sri Lankan squirrel, crocodiles, wallowing buffalo and 20+ kinds of birds. Recommended as a place to stay near the safari park entrance.

The cottage is at the entrance of a main bigger property which is a large villa with 4 bedrooms. This main villa has a pool, a lawn and access to the beach. So crossing paths with other guests should be expected. Lakmal & staff are very hospitable and can prepare wonderful meals and help out with local transportation and give tips on nearby locations. The main kitchen has all supplies and Lakmal can arrange for any groceries, fruits etc at some advance notice. It is advisable to reach the location with basics like milk, tea, coffee, oil, sugar etc on you as the location is a bit remote. The cook dishes up nice elaborate meals on request and everyone is very attentive, polite & responsive. True Sri Lankan hospitality. The beach is quite private and only village folk & fishermen access it mostly. Walks in the neighbourhood are very rewarding and you will spot peacocks and water monitors casually. It's a perfect getaway.

Beautiful cabana, away from from the business of Ahangama but still close enough to walk to the beach or town. Lots of local restaurants nearby. The garden is peaceful and it’s a great place to unwind. You can keep your things in the fridge and cook whenever you need. The main house isn’t lived in by a family, so just shared between the guests staying. Tilak, the house manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. My partner and I stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. Would 100% stay again. 🙏🏼

Wir waren 2 Nächte bei Sanjaya. Die Familie hat uns sehr freundlich und offen empfangen. Wir haben uns wirklich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage war etwas abseits, jedoch gut mit einem TukTuk zu erreichen. Vorort gibt es diverse Angebote (zB Massagen, Kajak Ausflüge usw.) unter anderem auch Nachtessen, welches wir wärmstens empfehlen (sie kochen unglaublich gut!). Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Sanyaja antwortete super schnell und herzlich. Die ganze Familie hat uns unglaublich warm aufgenommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden in Habarana mit dem Tuc Tuc abgeholt. Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht und uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Vom Balkon aus hat man hat das Gefühl alleine mitten im Wald zu sein, obwohl das nächste Haus nicht weit entfernt steht. Das Konzert des Waldes bei Sonnenaufgang ist unbeschreiblich! Nur für Naturliebhaber geeignet! Gutes Moskito Netz vorhanden. Open Air Dusche im Wald . Die sehr einfache Küche von Marlons Frau kann mit benutzt werden. Wenn die beiden vor Ort sind, können sie auf Wunsch Frühstück und Abendessen zubereiten. Ansonsten ist Selbstversorgung angesagt (ausser die Nachbarn bringen etwas vorbei). Trinkwasser sollte immer genügend mitgebracht werde. Channa und seine Frau schauen auf die Unterkunft, wenn Marlon nicht vor Ort ist, sie sind super freundlich! Channa macht auch Safaris im angrenzenden Nationalpark. Marlon und seine Frau sind extrem herzlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie haben viel zu erzählen und es ist sehr interessant mit ihnen zu sprechen.

We had a fantastic time staying at Jasmine house. As we work online, having SLT fibre was perfect, we would definitely recommend this place for digital nomads. The space was private with a lovely front outdoor area/patio where you can relax and admire the langurs, roosters and many adorable cat visitors. Inside the home was perfect and cosy but spacious at the same time, the furniture was quite new and it was thoughtfully set up for storage. Had good aircon and ceiling fans so we would rarely need to use the aircon. Walkable to multiple beaches and the main strip of restaurants and bars, but tucked away in a quiet, quaint local street which was ideal for us. We fell in love with the cats! If in Abay again, we would definitely be staying here.

Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit bei mevandas „Jungala“. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern bietet auch einen traumhaften Ausblick – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin: Mevanda war jederzeit erreichbar, extrem hilfsbereit und hat sich mit viel Herz um alles gekümmert. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wer eine entspannte Auszeit in einer schönen, naturnahen Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir hatten 6 wunderbare Nächte in diesem versteckten Juwel inmitten der Natur. Ein wirklich ruhiger und privater Ort. Der Pool war ein Traum und das wunderbare Team, allen voran Chrishan mit seiner immer freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und proaktiven Art hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Dafür nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Amazing hospitality and room, very clean and well thought out. The bathroom is small but enough. The kitchen space provided is very useful and there is enough storage in the room for all types of belongings. There are very many mosquitoes outside, but not a single mosquito inside the room. They had even kept mosquito repellent spray in the room. The breakfast at the patio was a beautiful experience. The two friendly dogs at the property are a great bonus.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are a memory foam. Hot water. Cold AC. Big breakfast catered to how you like. They had beach towel and lent us an umbrella if there was rain. The beach is a few minutes away. There are restaurants near by. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast included is such a big bonus, we were very thankful.

We stayed here with my entire family to celebrate the 31st night while enjoying the stunning views of the beautiful Port City and Galle Face surroundings. The location was perfect for our plans, providing everything we expected and more. With the beach plaza nearby, finding food was convenient and hassle-free. It was an ideal spot, and we had a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend it!

Asoka was a very nice host and his property is a neat and well developed place. We were there for one night on our way to Colombo and he served us great Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast for a small fee. The place is also great for a longer stay and the beautiful river is reachable from the garden. Thanks for the good time!

Le logement était magnifique, avec une vue incroyable face aux plantations de thé, reposant et apaisant. Nous avons adoré ! Il y avait du thé pour le petit déjeuner mais pensez à prévoir le reste. L’endroit est vraiment isolé au bout d’une route très endommagé, il manque un peu d’indications. Mais le cadre est vraiment magnifique.

Money Nest Bungalow is an amazing place to spend holidays.It is situated in very calm environment away from hustle bustle.It was super clean and tidy.It is very nice bungalow in a perfect environment.There were everything inside we needed. There is a very nice, huge garden.I enjoyed the nature very well.Sitting in the veranda we saw a lot of birds,squirrels and peacocks.It is a perfect place for the nature lovers.Sheeta was so friendly host and she was always ready to help us when we need.would like to highly recommend this place and will come back again.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad bij Sandaru. Midden in het regenwoud omgeven door de geluiden uit de natuur. Sandaru en alle medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en respectvol. We voelde ons erg welkom. Het zwembad zorgt voor een heerlijke verkoeling na een wandeltocht door het regenwoud. Verwacht geen luxe in het regenwoud. Het is een pure beleving met alle basis behoeften. Er is een bed met klamboe, douche (lauw water), toilet, kastje en een stopcontact. In de avond zit je gezellig in het restaurant gedeelte. Vanuit hier spot je apen, grote eekhoorns en verschillende prachtige vogels. Het eten is het beste wat we tot nu toe hebben gehad in Sri Lanka, hele grote porties en ontzettend betaalbaar. Houdt er rekening mee dat er bloedzuigers, spinnen en kakkerlakken aanwezig kunnen zijn in/rondom het huisje.

O apartamento fica próximo a praia, restaurantes e lojas. A internet é rápida para trabalhar. Mohan e sua família são muito simpáticos e a comunicação sempre foi rápida. Recomendo.

Wir wurden umgebucht in ein Standard Zimmer, was aber gar kein Problem war: sehr schönes gepflegtes Zimmer. Das Hausverwalterpaar hat uns Abends mit Tee und Weihnachtskuchen bewirtet und jeweils ein super Frühstück vorbereitet! Sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

We stayed at the cabin for just one night and honestly, we Couldn't Get Enough Of It! The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, tucked away in a peaceful village area with dreamy hill station weather, starry night sky and views that felt straight out of a postcard. Pubudu was an amazing host, As soon as I booked he sent detailed directions to reach and Without us even asking, he went ahead and booked a tuktuk for our checkout, which was such a kind gesture! We were welcomed at the cabin by his lovely parents, who offered to do our laundry for free. Location-wise, it is a bit secluded and not many restaurants nearby, so we took a short 10 min walk to the Little England cottages for dinner which just had one restaurant. Still, the BnB had menus from various delivery places, which was explained to us at check-in, so we were well taken care of. All in all, it was the PERFECT stay! Both my friend and I were genuinely sad to leave. Easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in ❤️

Kjempehyggelige mennesker, særlig Subash som jeg snakket med flere ganger under oppholdet. Han fikset og hjelp om det var noe som dukket opp, og hjalp også med å ordne transport rundt omkring. Frokosten var kjempegod.

An amazing location with very friendly and responsive hosts! They are doing a lot to protect the local landscape (especially turtles) and are knowledgeable about the area!

The Treehouse was a lovely break from city life however still local enough that in 10 minutes you had shops and restaurants. The treehouse itself was absolutely lovely & we really enjoyed it. Prepare yourself to embrace every part of nature, I know it can’t be avoided due to location and venue however be ready for ants !!!!& don’t forget your bug spray
