Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sri Lanka

If I had to describe my stay at this apartment in one word, it would be ‘perfection’. I visited with my mom and an aunt and this apartment was perfect for the three of us. The location was amazing. The interiors were gorgeous. We loved hanging out at the end of each busy day in the cozy living room with the most beautiful views of the lotus tower. As for the facilities: the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfy. A huge thanks to Roshan. He was always available as the go-to contact person for questions and was very accommodating of all our requests. Nicola was also an amazing host, for always following up with chat messages on Airbnb despite not being around personally. This apartment made our four day stay in Colombo wonderful. I would book this again in a heartbeat on my next trip to the country.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from Grind where they serve excellent coffee and food. The apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The co-host, Tharusha, is very fast to respond and very helpful. Overall a good stay and we would come back purely for the central location and fast communication.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Urban Bloom. The apartment is in a prime and central location in Colombo which is super convenient. The apartment was tastefully decorated and it was very clean. Mithra went above and beyond in making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived on my wife's birthday and to our surprise, she had left a beautiful (and tasty) birthday cake on the coffee table waiting for us. This was in addition to a birthday banner she hung in the family room. Mithra is also a great communicator who was very responsive as well. A good example is when I reported an issue in the ensuite bathroom and in the dryer (a previous guest had mistakenly put detergent into it), she took immediate action to rectify them. It's no wonder Mithra is a superhost. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mithra and the Urban Bloom. Thank you, Mithra for being a great host!

We enjoyed our stay at Indy's place with all the essential amenities provided, clean and neat. Site's caretaker was extremely helpful too. The whole property is Air-conditioned which we found a + to escape from the tropical heat. all the best..

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. He was responsive and genuinely invested in making my stay seamless. Would I come back? Absolutely. Highly recommend Bryan’s place to anyone visiting Colombo. 😀

First, Irushi was a great host. She communicated early and was very responsive and was very accommodating to our questions and requests. Very sweet and nice. The place was excellent. Very clean and comfy and with all amenities and best of all a fully equipped kitchen. It was well worth the price and I wouldn’t definitely come here again.

I recently stayed at White Villa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host, Lalith, was incredibly friendly and allways willing to help. It was a pleasure talking with him. The location of the Villa is ideal, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The atmosphere of the place was pleasent and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend White Villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to Balapitiya.

Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit. Der Garten ist riesig und das Haus war sauber und wir hatten ganz viel Platz als Familie. Zu Fuß kann man die Umgebung erkunden. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand lässt sich zu Fuß erkunden. Eine tolle Nachbarschaft und vor allem eine sehr ruhige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Familie hat uns sogar morgens Frühstück gemacht, das unglaublich lecker war. Wir sind sehr traurig gehen zu müssen und behalten das Haus in schöner Erinnerung . Bis bald , Anna und Tim

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. Words cannot even describe how amazing our stay was. Dilan, his mom and his brother made us feel right at home and so friendly to be around. It was their personalities and their open hearts that made our stay extra special. One morning I asked Dilans brother to make us a dhal curry to go with our string hoppers and it was delicious. He was kind enough to make sure we were well taken care of, as if we were their own. The place itself was spacious, comfortable and just simply beautiful. Most of all, it was so peaceful and we loved their kitty cats and their dog Shane. You can see that the brothers put a lot of love and thought into the space that they build and it’s so beautiful to see their hard work put into it for us to stay, appreciate and enjoy. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back next year, while recommending them to everyone.

Our stay here was truly special. The place is cute and cosy - like right out of an Enid Blyton book. Their adorable pets - cats Lucy and Sally and dogs Toby and Sandy can become the perfect furry companions sometimes :) We fell in love with the food as well. Starting from the wholesome lunch with rich portion sizes of rice and 4 different curries to the breakfast of hoppers, caramelized onions, pancakes and homemade orange marmalade- aunty’s home cooked meals made us come back for more! They could also arrange a scooter for us for 3000 LKR per day that helped us explore Nuwara Eliya as per our wish :) Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting the charming little hill town.

Lovely stay. Location is outstanding, straight onto the beach. Sashi - the house keeper - is as kind as it gets and cooks amazing dishes. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and she came with a gift, not only for the birthday girl but also her sister... So kind.

It was an awesome experience staying at Kithmal's listing place. Place was well, maintained. Mr. Mahindra who takes care of the place was a wonderful host and was there very early around 7:00 AM to receive us. he was helpful throughout our stay there. The location of the place was perfect for our stay and food store and transport was very convenient all the time. Kithmal was always there to answer any questions we had. Mr. Mahindra went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and helped to make our stay well and as perfect as he could. Very helpful and took very good care of us. I would give the highest rating for the place if you were visiting Sri Lanka. Excellent, affordable, well maintained and comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum. Sie ist super modern, richtig schick und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach atemberaubend. Kanil ist ein super freundlicher, höflicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Wir sind mit dem Bus angereist und er hat uns vom Busbahnhof abgeholt, sowie bei Check-out zum Bahnhof gefahren. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb, aber definitiv den Weg wert. Wenn wir wieder nach Kandy reisen, schauen wir hier bei ihm zuerst nach.

Wir waren einen Monat im Mango House. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Garten, der Gastgeber Chanuka wohnt mit seiner Familie darüber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wohl gefühlt, die Familie ist sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und immer für Fragen und Anliegen offen. Sie haben uns auch zum traditionellen Neujahrs-Frühstück eingeladen, ebenso haben wir einmal gemeinsam gekocht, was eine tolle Erfahrung war. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt gelegen, um mit dem Tuktuk schnell in Galle Fort beziehungsweise Unawatuna Beach zu sein. Ebenso hatten wir es als Medizinstudentinnen für unser Praktikum nicht weit bis zum Karapitiya Teaching Hospital. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Chanuka und seiner Familie nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We spent 10 days at this nice apartment and we liked it very much. The location had easy access to transport and very secure and private. Irantha provided great hospitality and was very helpful with all our requirements during the stay. Cinnamon apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

We had a beautiful experience at this Airbnb. What an amazing apartment beautifully decorated , so modern and amazing furniture including the beds and bathrooms were wonderful. Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.

Ahmed and Shaira were very helpful and accomodating. The place was lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is awesome, and the place is in a fantastic location. Security was also top notch.
