An perfekter Lage erwartet Dich ein kleines, neu renoviertes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio mit Doppelbett, kleiner Küche und eigenem Bad. Ebenso steht dir der Wintergarten, wie auch der Garten und der Grill zur Verfügung. Das Studio hat einen eigenen Eingang und liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum von Walenstadt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof sind es 650 m, 950 m bis zum See und 5,4 km bis zum nächsten Skilift (Luftseilbahn Unterterzen-Flumserberg).

Make some memories at this unique and newly furnished place. Idyllic location overlooking the lake and mountains. The balcony and seating area invite you to linger. Parking is available. Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

In a 10-minute walk you can reach the swimming beach on Lake Walen. Five minutes away by car is the gondola lift to the ski, hiking and biking area of Flumserberg / Prodkamm. The Walensee/Sarganserland vacation region offers countless opportunities to be active, but also for rest and relaxation.

Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Our region offers ideal conditions for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and much more. The Wolzenalp/Krummenau ski resort is only 400 meters from the apartment. The Wolzenalp has plenty to offer in summer and winter. Various lifts take you to the ski slopes in winter. The chairlift gives you convenient access to our sports and recreation area – especially in summer. The popular hiking trail "Thurweg" runs right behind the chalet.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided.
