This place was great! It was in a very nice new neighborhood 5-10 minutes from everything. Highly recommend booking!

Kristen is a wonderful host! The house is clean, organized, comfortable, and is in a perfect location. It’s very cozy and has everything our family of 6 needed to enjoy our weekend there together. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful weekend getaway.

This was exactly what we needed for our stay in St. George. We came for a softball tournament and some hiking and we needed a place to come back to that was cozy and feels like home atmosphere and this was perfect. We'll be back next year for sure!!

This was a great place to stay overall. The pool and mini golf were amazing and made our trip so fun! The pool felt clean, the staff was so friendly, it was huge so there was a lot of space to spread out from other people inside and outside of the pool. The mini golf was deceptively hard but so fun! The place itself was similar to the pictures, no surprises there which was great! A great size of space for a couple. A few cleaning notes from us was the unit was very dusty and the floor might not have been cleaned right before us but other than that I felt comfortable staying here. The location is about 15 min outside of St. George but it was an easy drive to make. It is also really close to the airport but with it being a small airport there was not much noise so no worries there. I would stay here again!

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great time. Andy was responsive to texts and so was his wife. The stay was great with the rooms and bathrooms. Was great to have access to streaming videos for our boys. The pool was awesome as well. Was easy to get access to it and we could use it as long as we wanted. It’s in a great, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful place for sure. We would definitely stay again.

Went for a golf trip to St George with my sons and the home was perfect. Eight beds in total and the bunks were queen size, which my sons really appreciated. Home was also very clean in all respects.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive. The house is on a beautiful golf course, very quiet, very peaceful. The house is close to Zion and Sand Harbor Park as well. We also enjoyed the fun board games the house had as well as the ping pong table. Thanks for a great trip!

My group and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place was exactly as described, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was great! It was just a short drive to Zion National Park and close to local shops and restaurants. Allison was a fantastic host, she ensured she stayed in touch with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, and to promptly answer any questions. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Washington/Zion, Utah area.

The only disappointment about our stay was that it lasted just one night! We absolutely loved the breathtaking big-sky view overlooking St. George, especially when a lightning storm rolled through, putting on an incredible show for an hour before fading into the distance. Among the standout features: the spacious and ultra-comfy sectional sofa in the living room, a bedroom that could be made perfectly dark for a restful sleep, and a bed with just-right pillows and bedding. The kitchen was spotless, modern, and impressively stocked with every tool imaginable. A special thank you to our hosts for the thoughtful selection of snacks and beverages—a generous touch that made it clear how much they care about their guests' experience. And to top it off, robes, slippers, and other thoughtful amenities were readily available should we need them. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was spacious and showed better than the listed photos. The home was very clean and centrally located to many points of interest. It is a short drive to the Springdale entrance and the Kolob entrance of Zion. It is also a short drive to Cedar Breaks National Park. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Zion and hope to one day visit again

WildWestOasis was just perfect for our family. Beautiful home, cozy, plenty to keep my kids entertained, clean, well decorated, very well stocked (including everything we needed to make coffee in the morning and smores at night!). Plenty of extra towels, kitchen towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and some cleaning products - not enough hosts do this IMO. Greg was the most responsive, communicative, proactive, friendly host I have ever encountered. Even the checkout instructions literally made my jaw drop. Just an all around AWESOME experience from check-in to check-out. Accommodating is an understatement. YES!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!! I am going to miss the couch and the master shower the most I think! Haha! My kids asked for a shower in the master shower more than once a day LOL! That’s not a bad thing! Thanks so much Greg! You’re a true professional.

Absolutely wonderful! I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. It was a great base for exploring the area, and I’d definitely consider staying here again. This home is an Airbnb gem - if you’re looking and it’s open, book it. It is totally serene, the view is amazing, and the house is stunning inside. Everything is new, high quality, and well decorated. Very relaxing and serene. Ivins is a special spot, just outside of St George. Hike in Snow Canyon, theater at 5 Tuachan, trip to Zion. Perfection.

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home on our adventure. Scott is very responsive and they are very dog friendly. Lots of blankets, towels, leashes, poopie bags, and leashes for our dog to borrow. Everything was very comfortable and we felt right at home. They are very generous and everything is there from hand soap to laundry soap. The fridge is spacious and the yard was very clean and cute. Bedrooms are very comfortable including bed and linens. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in town!

We loved staying here. Everything was as described. The host is super responsive and great to communicate with. The furnishings are top notch and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here and hope to do so in the future.

Check in was easy. The host was very clear on how to check in and get into the house. When walking into the house we were very happy on the cleanliness of the house. The kids were very happy with the room set up. Every room had a tv so the kids could watch what ever they wanted. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Extra blankets and linens were available also which was perfect. This was my first time using an air bnb and I wasn’t disappointed. I would recommend this house for others. Becky and Greg introduced themselves the day we checked in and we immediately felt at home. They are very friendly and genuinely cared to make our visit perfect. We will definitely be staying there again next year when we visit.
