Everything is in the immediate vicinity and several buses and trams nearby.

The apartment has a balcony and fireplace. Short distance to buses, large grocery store, green areas, and several of the city's coziest restaurants and wine bars. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, close to city center. Nearby are both tram and bus stops taking you downtown or to the docks. We have a quiet balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and central heating to keep you warm on the colder days. The bed in the pink bedroom is 120cm wide - so it fits 2 people but it's snug. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet renovated winter 2024/25.
