The apartment is 2 storey with modern construction and decor. Entry is into the kitchen area, the bathroom is also downstairs. Both are fully equipped with everything you need. Upstairs is open plan studio with a nice deck with ocean views, this is perfect for morning breakfast or BBQ in the evening. Only 200m from the beach, you will hear the waves breaking as you go to sleep! The beach is a short 2 min walk out the back gate, great beach for walking, swimming, fishing and surfing.

A wonderful barn conversion that has everything you need for an enjoyable experience. Located 6KM from St Helens. A private rear paved deck looking out at the bush. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to cook home style meals. Beds - queen, 3 king singles and 1 single. You can see a variety of farm animals as well as wild parrots and wallabies that feed near the barn. The barn is located to the rear of OUR HOUSE. WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY AND AIDES IN THE BATHROOM.
