Waterfront holiday rentals in St. John

The home was very clean and welcoming and you will be greeted with a beautiful view of Hull Bay beach. The hosts were fast and very responsive when contacted and made the check in and check out very easy. The home had amenities like beach chairs, snorkel gear, floating devices and much more. The location of the home is perfect to get to many other beaches and local spots in a short amount of time.

Joan’s place was absolutely beautiful! The views were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I sat on the porch any chance I could. The location was private but close enough to the beaches and restaurants. Next time I go to St. Thomas, I will be sure to return to the Larimar!

I would like to thank Sabrina for being outstanding. We got lost trying to find the place but Sabrina response was amazing she called and within minutes we found the location. Sabrina is an amazing host what you see is really what you get breathtaking views and beautiful inside and out i would recommend staying here anytime. We had an awesome time staying here. The place it's self was very roomy. Providing 3 beds & I saw an air mattress in the closet. We loved all the extra amenities. Everything described in listing was provided. They were quick to respond when messaged. which is great when you're in foreign environment & need help fast. I enjoyed staying in this area. Glad we chose it over Charlotte Amalie. We didn't use the pool but we were situated very close to it. So that's nice. The restaurant closeby was reasonable. Food was good. We didn't use the laundry so can't attest to that. Tvs had screen mirroring. Which we used. Ceiling fans were great as AC usually made it cold fast. Coming in & out the unit was a breeze with lock code. Very close to St John's ferry. We spent the day there visiting. Trunk Bay beach is a must! I would stay with them again if I went back!

V is the best host! Everything was top tier! The views from the beach were spectacular! To be able to just walk out to one of the world’s most beautiful beaches is just incredible! V is very responsive and answered questions about St. Thomas, St. John, and Tortola in general, which she didn’t have to do! The place is so clean and so nice, don’t hesitate, book TODAY, you won’t regret it!

We had an awesome time staying here. Michael was super responsive and even let us check in a decent bit earlier than we were supposed to. The place was awesome as well, very clean and comfy, and the balcony was wonderful. There are stores and restaurants you can get to in 3-5 minutes of walking. This place is on a pretty significant hill, it didn’t bother us, and for how close it was to everything it was very much worth it.

This place was nestled in a lovely backdrop of trees and it was extremely private: no one could see us from any angle so we really enjoyed the pool. And there were so many other lovely little extras included in the condo. It was very clean: I didn't see a single bug anywhere so they have very good pest control. The bed was comfy and cozy. There was an air conditioner and each of the two rooms and a nice overhead fan in each room as well. The TV was huge and "smart". We loved watching the birds dart in and out of the trees while we watched movies in the aftrnoons. There was good cookware in the kitchen. I loved the shower; It was very roomy and comfortable with a handheld shower nozzle. There were plugs on BOTH sides of the bed for charging. One caveat though: if you have a very bad knee, this may not be the spot for you because it was a long hillous walk from parking to our unit. There was a closer parking spot but it looked sketchy. Everything felt very safe otherwise.

The view from the villa was fantastic. The amazing porch was the first and last place to be each day. It was interesting to have the bedrooms and living room in separate areas but worked out fine. The beds were comfortable. As others have said, you need to be prepared for a very steep hill. For most this is not walkable. The beaches are so beautiful, like a huge swimming pool!

Pura Vida was lovely! The entire home was spotless. The views and the outdoor pool was our favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grounds were beautiful and interesting. The ruins had its own little history lesson and we loved the shell book and its history to previous owners of the home. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much!

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable home near beaches and national park trails. Outstanding view with plenty of outdoor seating. Host was great at communicating and provided a wonderful experience. Would stay there again!

Place was clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing location. The host was very friendly and responsive; quickly assisted us when the door lock battery needed to be changed. Would stay again.

Loved everything about our stay! The place was beautiful, very close to restaurants/shops/beaches, super clean and comfortable. Theresa and Kyle were fabulous hosts and we would love to stay here again! We would recommend renting a jeep as the hills leading up to the house are steep.

Amazing view and wonderful breezes. The house was very comfortable over our 2 week stay.

The location was amazing. Easy to access Cruz Bay and all the North Beaches. Can’t beat waking up each morning and enjoying our near private beach. The villa was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Some other villas were still being restored in the area but no construction noise or inconvenience. David was very receptive both before and while we were on property. Amber always responded quickly to travel advice and anything else I came up with. Would stay again and recommend to others - can’t beat ocean front location and convenience to town with private secluded feel. Thank you Amber! And thank you David for your assistance as well!

Our stay at Karen's was fantastic! It was very relaxing and the beach is the perfect place to do that! They have two restaurants on site, the Caribbean fish market and sangrias. Sangrias is perfect for the day at the beach and we had two very good meals at the Caribbean fish market. The staff at both places were very friendly and accommodating. Karen's condo is close to Red Hook so we could go out to eat there or pick up some groceries which is a nice option to have. It's also very close to some beautiful public beaches and a short ride to St John on the ferry. The condo itself is very nice and very clean! having our coffee on the balcony each morning was the way to go to start our day! I would definitely recommend staying there for anyone who is interested in a relaxing environment!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect and I would not want to stay anywhere else. It was very clean, had a nice view, and was extremely walkable to Cruz Bay restaurants. The studio was a good size for my husband and our 2 kids. The resort and the amenities were great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The pool was warm and the hot tub very nice. There were elevators which was nice for me being very pregnant. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice little condo on the water, with great views!

My best friend from college and I took a much needed girls trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, had an amazing view of the ocean and we were even left a welcome gift. The condo was fully stocked with the basics and the condo manager picked up our groceries and put them away before we arrived. The private beach and pool were perfect and don’t sleep on Sangria’s. The food there was amazing and my friend who has celiac said they had the best gluten free pizza she’s ever eaten. If we had any questions the hosts and condo manager were quick to respond. With all of the complaints people have nowadays with Airbnb cleaning fees and requirements we were shocked that all we had to do upon leaving was lock up. The only suggestion we could possibly make would be to maybe have a list of favorite restaurants, bars or things to do that a tourist wouldn’t think of doing. Our stay was absolute perfection and we’d definitely come back.

From start to finish, great experience! Staisha answered the phone on the 1st day when I was on the wrong street. Amy answered me every time I messaged her with a question. Both were prompt & courteous. The condo is absolutely beautiful & met all of our needs and desires. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Amy!!! Thank you!

The location was gorgeous. The view and the beach were amazing. It was a short quick walk down to the beach, pool, restaurants, and beach bar. You definitely need a vehicle to explore more of the islands, but after spending a day beach hopping, the one at the condo was by far our favorite for both swimming and relaxed snorkeling (even our teenagers agreed)! We’ll definitely be back again!

Our stay at Donovan’s was incredible. The home is clean, spacious, and has every amenity. Both Donovan and the management team sent multiple communications to assure that we had everything that we needed. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Coffee every morning on the balcony, watching sunrise over the bay - spectacular!

Tracy’s place is perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants in Cruz, the ferry, and the taxi stand. Could not have chosen a better area for our first trip to STJ. Her welcome guide is super helpful and the condo has beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. so you can pack light. Would definitely recommend having a few things delivered from the grocery store (we used Dolphin Market but it is walkable). Don’t miss a happy hour at Beach Bar!

Would definitely stay here again!! Great area, everything was just as described. The place had everything you could think of needing!!
