The place looks exactly like the photos—very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential utensils and amenities. The outdoor entertainment area is a standout feature, offering beautiful views and a great space to relax. Communication with Dave and Nat was smooth and prompt. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Cute apartment, excellent location, responsive and flexible host!

Lin’s place was a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the highlights was the stunning bird’s-eye view of the Royal Botanic Gardens, which made each morning feel extra special. The location is also excellent, with easy access to surrounding suburbs and public transport options nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected base in the area!

Debby is a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality linens, towels and toiletries. Even the crockery was lovely and in keeping with the theme! The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we loved returning ‘home’ to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The location is brilliant and everything is easily walkable. There are some gorgeous little arcades nearby with lovely shops and eateries. We loved Debby’s place and would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Melbourne. Very clean and tidy, great place to stay with good gym and pool facilities.

This is an absolutely stunning apartment both modern and sleek but feels so homely. Roz has great attention to detail, with a very helpful and detailed step by step picture guide on how to enter the apartment and parking garage. She also provides a folder with information about all the things you’d need to know when staying, which again was very helpful. Roz has decked this place out with everything you could possibly need, a washing machine and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with pantry staples, even Myki cards for public transport which was a nice touch I think. The view from both the main bedroom and living area balconies are stunning with views of the Melbourne city skyline. This location is close to everything you’d need, public transport and supermarkets are only short walks, along with a wide variety of food options close by. Roz is a fantastic host who was always quick to reply to any questions asked. Next time I come to Melbourne I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

YiXiao was an amazing host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It’s spacious, close to restaurants and public transport, and everything is within walking distance. She was a wonderful host and I’d love to book again when staying in Melbourne.

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. We would highly recommend their place and would definitely book again. Thank you very much, Ros and Andrew!

Victoria was a great host and always responsive

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

The best Airbnb experience I had so far. Mr Simon is really caring for his clients. I am looking forward to booking his place again. Very homy, comfy and cozy!

Simon and Pier are great host. Check in was very easy. The place is very nice and has lots to do, from board games to books and local melbourne recommendation guides. So close to everything, tram, DFO, restaurants and casino night life. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Melbourne.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location for all the things we like to do in Melbourne, theatre, footy, South Melbourne Market, free Chadstone bus, MMWC, Casino and the Belgian Beer Cafe. The room was spacious, comfortable and secure, well maintained and clean. It was a real haven after a day clocking up thousands of steps around town, especially the shower which we both loved. Communication with Colin was easy and he always responded promptly. He met us and showed us to the room despite our arrival after midnight. He even took the trouble to mail back an item we left in the room. Our six night stay was over all to soon and we’d certainly love to come back
