Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above an attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly with prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. No cleaning fee; I simply ask that you leave the apartment tidy upon departure, or a fee may be added after checkout. Walk to SLU in minutes and downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or a quick drive.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our rental is a 5-minute walk to SLU's campus. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. This rental is hosted by Kelley and friend Laura. We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and places to visit in our beautiful town. Let us know if you need anything at all! This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
