Holiday rentals with beach access in St. Thomas Parish

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

Amazing room. Staff were friendly and it’s very safe . Has security at the gate . Owner of unit was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a great place for a couple or someone traveling solo. Very clean and room was on the 10th floor . Very nice view . I highly recommend this place .

Great place to stay, looks exactly like what is on the website which I love. Did not disappoint Neighborhood really quite and peaceful. Security is really good, which makes you feel reassured leaving and coming back home any hours of the night. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a well designed and compact 2 person apartment, with shower and toilet. The mini-kitchen is equipped with twin gas rings for cooking along with a microwave toaster and kettle. Setting is in private grounds of the adjoining household which provides dedicated driveway access with electric gates and a full perimeter wall. Overall a very safe and comfortable location with a little 'Garden of Eden' at the rear of the property with apples, plums and other fruits and herbs being grown!

Despite the weather not being super cooperative i had the most amazing stay! From the moment I booked, Michelle was super responsive and proactive. When I arrived to the property I was greeted warmly and shown around and given info for navigating whatever I needed. Michelle and her staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay and that i was able to get out and enjoy excursions as well. This is by far one of my best stays ever and I'm already thinking about my return!

This is my 4th stay and I have no complaints. The place is always comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Nice place , a little isolated if you dont have a car , strict security which is reassuring. Apartment is beautiful and clean , bathrooms are spotless and kitchen has everything you need . You can hear the waves at night. Recommend this place highly .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aironb hosted by Lorraine and Peter, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Beautiful classic Jamaican home in a beautiful location, with plenty of space for our 3 families to enjoy. Kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Private beach is a bit wild, but interesting for exploration. The on-sight team was friendly and helpful! Convenient to Reach Falls, with Portland’s best (Boston Jerk Center, Blue Lagoon, Winnifred beach and Frenchman’s Cove) a day trip away. There is some extensive road construction underway so map distances to desired locations to manage expectations.

I wanted a short staycation in the countryside, and this place was just right. The apartment matched the description and was cozy and comfortable. The surroundings were very peaceful, scenic, and relaxing. Will definitely consider booking again in the future.

Staying at this Airbnb was a breath of fresh air! From the communication upon booking right down til I checked out, it was a dream! Howard was very responsive via the app and the woman (Ms. Meika) who helped out during my stay was outstanding. She was there every step of the way for my 3 day/2 night trip. She helped with check in, recommended local restaurants, showed us how to get to the concert we were in town for and helped us get ginger for my cousin who had a slight cold and needed some natural remedies. The space was very cozy! We wanted for nothing. There was a toaster oven, blender, and microwave so we were able to reheat our food, toast our bread for breakfast and even blend up the ginger to make ginger shots for my cousin. We felt right at home! The space was big for the two of us. The neighborhood was peaceful which we enjoyed. Everyone was kind and welcoming. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the field where the concert was happening so it was a blessing! Thank you!

The open air floor plan was great ad the staff was attentive. Good value and the perfect spot for my elderly parents and young children to vacation together.

This property is located in a lovely fishing community, it is very homey and my family and I enjoyed being right by the sea (not the beach). We were able to pick breadfruits and roast it, coconuts and enjoy the water and meat and just chill by the sea side with our family. While we enjoyed our stay, we would be remiss if we didn't talk about the chickens and roosters on property. The roosters did affect our quality of sleep, they crowed between 12 and 5am and they made a lot of droppings on property (so with a 1 year old we had to be ensuring they didn't step in it) We would definitely stay again because the pros outweighed the cons. But I would say bare that in mind before booking. If the host is able to get rid of the chickens/roosters but if not, just condition your mind for disruptions (we have).

This is my second stay at Kimberly's apartment for a quick getaway. Again, the space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. Kimberly's communication was exceptional - she was prompt and efficient whenever I reached out to her. I intend to return and have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. Check-in was incredibly smooth—the host provided clear instructions ahead of time, and I was able to access the property without any issues, even though I arrived late in the evening. One of the highlights of the stay was how responsive and attentive the host was. I had a minor issue with the toilet, and they responded within minutes and had it resolved the following day. It really made me feel well taken care of. The location was also super convenient. There were several great restaurants and a large supermarket within a 5–7 minute drive, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials. Plus, being just a few minutes from the highway made getting around the city and to nearby attractions a breeze. Overall, the place was comfortable, well-located, and supported by excellent hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I had the best time here! The ambiance of the room was cozy and romantic, and the view from the top floor was absolutely stunning — pictures don’t do it justice. We loved having both the beach and pool so close by, it made everything super convenient and relaxing. This spot is a hidden gem — would definitely stay again!

This is my second time staying here. Will definitely be coming back!! My go to spot when I'm in Jamaica. You won't be disappointed.
