Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Stay in our Cozy studio with a new pillow top mattress with comforter will give you a good night rest and comfortable sofa , high speed internet with wifi in unit is ready for you to use and our Smart TV is connected with an Amazon Fire Stick. Unit has its own water heater and Climate Control System (AC/HEAT) conveniently located within 2 hours of San Francisco, Yosemite & Sacramento.
