Jaime's cute house was the perfect place for our stay on Badin Lake. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and comfortable. Really like the covered parking too since it rained a lot during our stay. It was nice to be able to unload the car without getting too soaking wet!

We stayed here for a youth state shooting tournament . The boys wanted to fish more than go to the tournament! It’s a safe community with a pond in the back and close access to the lake! We enjoyed it!

We had a fun time and wished we could stay longer. Greg’s home is really clean and has fun games and a well-stocked kitchen. We would love to come again.

We were hosting a wedding and needed a place to stay. The house has everything we needed and was tremendously clean and had unexpected extras that put a smile on our faces. We definitely recommend staying at Ann’s place!

🌟 Amazing Stay! 🌟 We had a wonderful experience! We needed accommodation for my daughter’s track meet at Wingate, and this place was perfect. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a relaxed, spacious, and tidy place to stay!

Adorable home with a beautiful view of the lake. The screen porch was lovely and where we spent most of our time at the house. We grilled two of the three evenings and went into nearby Albemarle one night for dinner. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Please keep in mind, if you are bringing a boat, make sure you bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the driveway is very steep, and we had to park in the gravel at the top of the hill.

Our stay was perfect. The house is compact and worked beautifully for us, our adult daughters, grandbaby, and small dogs. The dock down by the water was lovely and peaceful. The hosts responded immediately when we had a question. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay with a small group of family or friends. Went for a fishing trip and this place had everything we needed and then some. Would recommend this place if you are in the area looking for a place to stay.

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Larry was an amazing host, very communicative. The house was peaceful and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The photos truly don’t do Larry’s home justice; it’s even better in person.

The house and amenities were beautiful, far exceeded the pictures. Ryan was very responsive and quick when we were locked out of the house. Unfortunately, it did rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool this time. However, when we return, will likely book again! Thanks!

Angela and Troy are very attentive hosts. They do their best to ensure their guests feel welcome even before arrival. The house was easy to find and in a great location on the lake. There was a large island in the lake across from the house that made for a very peaceful, natural environment. There are ample places to sit and relax outside while enjoying the wildlife or boaters/skiers on the water. There are also several outdoor games available. Inside, the home is very comfortable and inviting. They have a ping pong table, many games, & tons of books available to keep you entertained on those rainy days or breaks from the heat. Our family enjoyed being able to dock our boat and go out on early morning fishing trips. We caught multiple catfish very close to the house. We are looking forward to a return trip.

A perfect lake retreat for the whole family! Pictures can’t do the panoramic view justice, from the lawn and even from the house. The house was prepped with everything we needed and more including life jackets, extra fenders on the dock for boats, a Blackstone grill, streaming services for movies, etc. Carmen was so easy to work with, and made our stay very simple and stress free. Would absolutely book this house again!

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. Met all of our needs and expectations. Linda was very accommodating and accessible 100% of the time. Great location, we were able to visit the zoo and charlotte motor speedway. The community was awesome, we enjoyed the beach and the restaurant. Looking forward to our next stay!

Stunning A-frame on the lake! We loved the neighborhood, the house had great decor, it was cozy and clean. Kitchen has everything you need. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed using the kayak/canoe; sipping morning coffee on the dock; and grilling out having dinner on the deck. We explored Morrow Mountain State Park and Uwharrie National Forest OHV trails. Highly recommend going to Maim street and getting coffee at Reservoir Caffee (try the Uwharrie Iced Latte). No notes for Carrie! It was a pleasure communicating with her, I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful!! Comfortable and clean home. Location is fabulous. We had a fair amount of rain but the gazebo swing was the perfect dry location for swinging and reading! Excellent communication and Donna went above and beyond to secure extra parking spaces for us. I hope to go again!

Sebastian's house was remarkable. From the beautiful interior to the multiple levels of outdoor living spaces. Sebastian has thought of everything from the boat to the pizza oven and fire pit. And the fishing was good too. We will definitely stay again this summer.

Truly, a peaceful and relaxing home! The lakefront location offered spectacular sunrises, and sunsets from the spacious back deck. The house provided ample space for our 13 adults and had room for more if needed. Courtney was responsive to our questions and provided local tips of things to do and places to go. We utilized the kayaks and paddle boards the entire time and the availability of the pontoon boat rental Was a great amenity. This is a place worth visiting again.

Pam was a very available hostess. I had a couple of questions upon arrival so I called her and she answered immediately. She is a gracious and very accommodating hostess. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beautiful lake view that we enjoyed everyday. We needed a reset in a place we could relax and Pam’s home offered all we needed.
