Me and my family loved our stay at Fillipe's apartment. The view is incredible from every room in the apartment, we can see the sunrise from the balcony. It was all clean, air-conditioned rooms with a wonderful view. Always attentive and responded very quickly, he was very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. At the concierge is very quiet too, attentive gatekeepers. You can do everything around the apartment, great location with a supermarket, mall, gas station all close by, including for those who need to rent a car, Localiza is in front of the apartment. We already have our little corner in Maceió when we get back again.

The neighborhood of Jatiuca is very nice and safe, with all the necessary businesses. For us, the lock with a code was very useful, so as not to depend on the keys to enter.

I spent the weekend with my family, staying at Monique's apartment. Clean apartment, super cozy, very well decorated and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything we needed. Bed and bath linens are clean and in great condition. Monique is very polite, attentive and helpful. She gave us several tips for restaurants and tours. Very good condominium, on the seafront and the staff are super attentive and polite. I really enjoyed it and I intend to return to Barra de São Miguel soon. I highly recommend Monique's apartment.

Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

I was delighted with the place, very paradise, I will surely return more often, beautiful beaches, quiet surroundings, close to the best restaurants in the region, I felt at peace.

The apartment is all new, well arranged, comfortable. The pool at night has a very pleasant temperature. The front beach is very quiet, a paradise, although there are no kiosks, it meets my preferences. At night the sky is very starry, because it does not have a fully illuminated edge, perfect! The only suggestion for improvement would be to put a cooktop or stove with more burners for those who prefer to cook their own, because the one they have only has one. There are beach chairs, a cooler, bath and pool towels, and the TV is quite large, perfect for watching a movie at night. I would definitely stay again!

It's been an amazing time at that place. I loved it when I saw that there was a baby feeding chair and a little grocery store, my baby enjoyed it a lot. Very beautiful and comfortable house, structured condominium with a beautiful view. We just miss a clothesline and towel rack in the bathrooms.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is very good, nothing is missing. Impeccable cleanliness, clean and new bed and bath linens. The beach in front of the condominium is wonderful, the place is quiet, beautiful and safe. We hired Ninha, who already takes care of the house, and we hired her to cook every day. It was the best decision. She is wonderful, attentive and cooks super well. You choose what you want and she does it perfectly. We are grateful for everyone's attention and affection. The location matches the photos, but the condominium is unfinished. The mattresses could be better, the bathrooms had dirty shower doors and showers with unsatisfactory jets, the house does not have bedding and towels, which have to be rented separately. The bathroom trash cans had no trash bags and the amount charged for the energy consumed was high for the period I used, but the decoration of the house is beautiful and with a very charming gourmet area!

The stay is exactly as the pictures show. There is no secret, they can go without fear. The employee Leila is very attentive and helpful with doubts, always attentive to the phone. The pool has a perfect size for the number of guests that the house holds, the sauna as well. The rooms are comfortable. Jacuzzi clean and functioning perfectly well. The location is very good, close to the beach and it is possible to walk. The outskirts have some streets that are still unpaved (which is totally common in beach regions) but this in no way hinders the beauty of the stay. I recommend the stay without fear.
