In addition to a complete structure, the house has games, books, TV, garden with benches, chairs and swings to contemplate the beauty of the Valley. Less than 5 minutes from the Vila, on a dead-end street, you can enjoy the tranquility, listen to the sounds of nature and have the convenience of walking to the center. Come to Capão!

Beautiful Village with exclusive access to the beach and village

You'll love this place because it's very cozy, with careful decoration, excellent location, it's spacious and complete. With a garden, balcony, located in a condominium with security and parking. My space is good for couples, families, groups of friends and even business travelers (we have Wi-Fi). You will have direct access to the beach (the sea is just 300 meters from the village) and another exclusive access to the village (just 150 meters from the front door). The supermarket is right next door.

Paradise house facing the sea, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. There are 3 full beds, 6 single beds, 2 bunk beds and 4 hammocks. Full kitchen (no need to bring anything), large living room with smart TV and Netflix, 2 social bathrooms. Outdoor grassy area with garden, super deck on the sand 10 steps from the sea water, 3 natural pools, Sun and Moon are born right in front of the house. We have a shower after the beach, a table for 12 people, a barbecue and a good shade to relax under our Jasmine tree!

Relax in the large swimming pool with a wet deck and enjoy the gourmet space, equipped with a barbecue and professional beer maker
