The apartment is great, everything was clean and tidy. The decoration of the ap is beautiful and of extreme good taste. Comfortable beds, great pillows. The leisure area of the condominium is perfect, the swimming pool is beautiful and heated! We loved our stay, it was a wonderful experience! We will definitely host there more often!

The experience of spending 12 days there in the apartment was excellent. Everything was very organized, bed linen changed after a few days and the host always responded quickly to our questions. I will definitely prioritize staying in this same place when I return to Brasilia. Very well located, close to the ministries esplanade and with gyms, restaurants, pharmacies and market nearby. The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal. I stayed with my family in Renata and Ana Maria's apartment in June and I highly recommend it! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very clean and without a musty smell, which we value a lot because of rhinitis. It accommodated 3 adults and 1 child well. The condominium is excellent, with 3 pools: one cold, one warm and one very warm (hot), open until 11 p.m. What surprised us was the hygiene: every night the water in the hot and warm pools is changed! There is a restaurant/bar on site, but you are also allowed to bring food and drink from home to the pool area. The location is perfect, close to the “I love Caldas Novas” sign, restaurants, Shopping Singapura and the “little trains of joy” stop. We did everything by walk! The experience was great and we highly recommend it!

We couldn't make the trip because we caught the flu. Filipe was excellent and managed to rent her Airbnb at the last minute, so we lost less money. Communication was great. I hope to visit this place next time :)

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

Perfect house, very comfortable, very close to the city entrance and downtown. The pool is very warm due to electric heating. The sauna also works super well, we had a little difficulty turning it on for the first time but Cláudia's husband was super helpful and went to the house to turn it on at the same time. It was also possible to check in later because there was no other reservation after ours.

Simply impeccable! Leonardo was one of the best hosts I've ever had on Airbnb. Attentive, quick to respond and with great energy from the start. The space was exactly as in the pictures (or even better!), super clean, organized and with details that show care and affection in every corner.
