The house was perfect! We had a great experience in Tiradentes and very close to nature. The house is very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and all the linens are very good. We highly recommend it!

Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

We feel at home, the bed is very comfortable, excellent bed and bath linen, breakfast is sensational. We received several PDFs with information about the house, tours, restaurant recommendations, etc. We received a visit from Cleide, which made the stay even more pleasant and welcoming, we talked for hours and it seemed like we had known each other for several years. The view of the place is incredible, the breads, juices and side dishes are made by Cleide's hands and are a special case, everything is very well organized, clean and in constant maintenance.

The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

Wonderful space, I spent the weekend with my friends and everyone loved the house. Besides being comfortable, beautiful and spacious, it is close to everything and Rodrigo gave us all the necessary clarifications, being flexible even with the check-in, I recommend it!! Just one detail of attention would be to put a handrail on the external staircase that leads downstairs because we had a small accident there. Other than that, everything is great

My stay at Patricia's place was simply impeccable! The house is extremely equipped, with everything you can need and more. The pictures already show how beautiful she is, but in person is even better — spacious, airy, with a wonderful view of the beach and full of charm in every detail. The cleaning was impeccable, with a super pleasant smell and everything very well organized. The location is also a big difference: being so close to the beach made all the difference in the experience. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which has given us even more comfort and peace of mind throughout the stay. In addition, the garage is wide, safe and accommodates the cars with total convenience. Communication with Patrícia was excellent from the beginning — always attentive, helpful and willing to help with any questions or needs. Without exaggeration, it was one of the best accommodations I have ever had on Airbnb. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Rui e Cidinha are wonderful! The house is extremely cozy, clean and full of green. The hill is complicated but nothing that at the end of the day, does not become a funny adventure to tell. Even, we were able to catch local ubers who climbed with ease. I just have to thank you for the wonderful weekend we had and the fair price we paid. Valeu, Rui!

We are delighted with Virginia's house and are already planning our next stay. Large house, very well equipped. There are 3 super comfortable rooms, very warm showers, air conditioning working perfectly, wifi with excellent signal, there were 6 of us and we felt at home. All the utensils we need, extremely clean and organized. The decoration of the house brings a warmth to the heart. The neighborhood is super calm, quiet, and pleasant! We were 100% satisfied, everything was exactly as advertised. Marli is a lovely person, extremely polite and helpful, she explained everything we needed at the entrance, and when I needed her, she responded super fast. We will definitely choose this house when we return to Piri, we lacked nothing and it made our family trip even better and more peaceful, we were able to both enjoy the event and rest. We are grateful for the accommodation! Gratitude ♥️✨

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and everything you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, were very accurate!! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and the different attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the manager, Hugo, is always present, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect moment. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the different household chores, making our vacation very comfortable. We can only thank the 3 of them for their impeccable attention and helpfulness, always on time.

Casa very comfortable, very close to the beach and the differential is on account of Cristiane and Elson who gave all the assistance and made our days more special.

The divine house, super comfortable, an incredible view, the location 100 points, we were walking every day in Rua das pedras, Cida un amor, it was super pending, in short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Everything is perfect! Spacious property, with integrated environments and immersed in nature. The house staff are extremely polite and attentive. Freshly scented bedding and rooms free of any trace of mold or humidity. Numbered pool towels are a great idea when it comes to a large group.

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was great! Paulo's house is like the photos, super beautiful and cozy, we feel at home! A complete kitchen, wonderful showers and a very good taste decoration, we miss nothing! The communication with Paulo was also great, he gave us good tips and the house is inside a condominium, but it was super easy to get in and out during the period we were there! They can book without fear, it's well worth it!

It offers much more than it advertises , very well structured property, great cost benefit and the host one of the best of this app.

We went with 12 people in the house and we were comfortably well installed. The place is amazing, nor the desire to leave, all very clean and airy, big. In the house corner of the house, a beautiful detail, handpicked. I loved the bathrooms of the suites, with large windows that give to the forest that surrounds the house. Gabriela has served us promptly every time we need to answer questions, from first contact to checkout. Now a case apart, are the chairs, Judith and Paloma. I have never seen so much concern, dedication, education and charisma together. There are two beings of light, who complete the place. They stayed all the time, asking if we needed anything. I wanted them for me...rsrs. Anyway ,it was a wonderful weekend. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Campos, this property !!! These were unforgettable days....

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful and super well-kept. Everything was impeccable! and we were lucky to find a wonderful person who is Aparecida and Silvio (her husband). Aparecida is an excellent cook and knows how to set a beautiful and neat table. Every day from breakfast until the end of the day she left the house beautiful for us. She was very thoughtful and attentive to us. Silvio solved everything we needed. In addition to being an excellent barbecue chef. Thank you Monique for everything! Your team is very good!

Wonderful accommodation! The house is super comfortable, well equipped with all the utensils needed for everyday life, which made all the difference. The location is excellent, close to the beach, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the coastline. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy stay.

At this time of year, my wife and I, along with couples of friends, always go to the mountains to relax, enjoy the cold and the comfort that only these regions can provide. We have been doing this for about 5/6 years and this house is undoubtedly among the best we have stayed in. It has spacious rooms, a leisure area with games, a heated pool, a heated whirlpool and a sauna at a great price, all integrated to keep guests close. We will undoubtedly return at some point and recommend it to other friends. As for Antonio and Paulo, they were impeccable in their assistance and understanding. They presented us with an excellent homemade orange cake, made by the employee Carminha and her daughter Bruna (wonderful people). Finally, I leave here an important piece of information, for those who like a relaxing bath, the showers are perfect with warm water and ideal pressure! The stay was simply perfect. Thank you to the owners and employees for their care and affection for the guests!

Luiza's Space is very clean, cozy and complete, its employees are very attentive and kind, I recommend it to everyone, because we had a great weekend.
