The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sônia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a love of person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

Only good things to say. The house completely clean, organized and comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an unforgettable and comfortable lodging. The very sympathetic and available hosts to give tips from the region and were also flexible about check in and checkout times. For sure if you return to maragogi, we will stay in this house. This house is really beautiful! It's just like the photos, it's very spacious and well decorated! We were several families with children and we were all very comfortable, (4 en-suite bedrooms + one service bedroom). I 100% recommend hiring Karla's kitchen service and Mery's cleaning service, that makes you enjoy the stay and feel like you're in a hotel. They are not invasive at all, so it doesn't feel weird to be with extra people! We had several rainy days (logical for the June weather), the beach that is in the house is dangerous and the sea is very rough, so I recommend going 30 km away to the Porto Galhinas beach. The town where the house is located is not nice, but Porto Galhinas is. I think this house is worth it, even though it's in an area that's not very nice. You'll definitely need a car. Most likely we'll be back! Thank you Andrea for your hospitality!

Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.

Very good house with a wonderful view. It's a little tricky to find the house the first time, but you get used to it. Some complaints from previous reviews seem to remain, such as the bad smell in the basement, I believe it is something simple to be resolved. Very attentive caretaker. Food apps work very well if you don't want to go to Pipa.

Very good stay, even though some unforeseen events occurred, they did not hinder the experience of the place.

Our stay was very pleasant. In fact, the location right on the sand is a differential, cozy look, warm sea and natural pools that favor sea bathing and facilitate logistics and well-being. The house is really spacious, airy and accommodated our group well. However, the attached suite, which is outside the house, did not meet expectations, as the room smells musty and the bathroom was not clean....no one was able to stay in this room!! When we arrived, we found problems with small leaks in 2 bathrooms and 1 damaged shower, which were practically solved by the employee sent by the owner, who was very attentive... we also requested the repair of the wooden access ladder to the beach, which although improved, does not offer the necessary comfort and safety. Beach umbrellas and chairs could be improved, as some were compromised and did not provide the comfort we expected. We found the change of sheets/towels to be time-consuming!! But, it was worth the stay!

We spent eight incredible days at Renata's house. Everything was perfect, from Rita's reception to Renata's special attention. The bungalow is wonderful and comfortably accommodated our group of seven in the three suites. The bed linen and towels were clean and of excellent quality. Well equipped kitchen, we don't miss anything. The house is located completely in front of the sea, just a few steps from the sand. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed the pool a lot, and the heating was a great plus. We can only thank Renata for the affection and tips, and Rita, who took care of all the details of the house and our meals. If you're looking for a tasteful place to rest, you've already found it. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is beautiful. The great location, 3 blocks from downtown beaches but very clean and quiet. The complex in general is very nice and clean. Rita and all the staff were very friendly and willing. The apartment has everything you need to cook and several appliances including a water filter, which came super so as not to spend on it. I would come back without hesitation.

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

All wonderful. We'll be back. I only recommend investing a little time to improve the. Shower that has low pressure and put a stone or something similar in the pool shower because bathing in the grass is not very comfortable. The small problems we had were solved with agility and promptness. I came back with friends and family. Besides, the region is beautiful.

A very quiet beautiful and well organized place. I ended up forgetting some cooking items, but there's a market 10 minutes away (by car). All the utensils work perfectly, but most pots no longer have anti tackiness, so it's a little bad to wash. I had the impression that I would have a toast marshmallow for us to use at the stake (I think I saw something on the social network), but I didn't, so it's interesting to take it too. Cleaning is the organization of the place were impeccable at our check-in. It's definitely a place I'm going to recommend!

The house's color palette is beautiful and delicate, all well harmonized and cozy. You can see the care and affection in every corner. We had a very special moment there: my fiancé prepared an incredible surprise to celebrate our six-year relationship, and Adriano was amazing! He helped with everything and even left a very beautiful message for both of us, which made this moment even more unforgettable. The view from the rooftop is wonderful, breathtaking. The hot jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom upstairs is beautiful, with a glass ceiling. The whole house is beautiful and very fragrant, with an incredible aroma that makes the environment even more pleasant. I celebrated my birthday at Casa Urucum and could not have chosen a better place! The night was intimate and full of special moments, with lots of joy and good energy. Even with the rain, we enjoyed the pool, which brought an even more magical touch to the experience. The atmosphere of the house is charming, with a cozy atmosphere and an atmosphere that connects you to nature. Every detail, from the superadobe architecture to the mud walls, creates a sense of unique comfort. Brand new apartment, extremely clean, organized and with everything of great quality. We were positively surprised by the details: the brewery had water, Coca-Cola and beers as a courtesy, in addition to the Nespresso coffee machine capsules available. The bathroom is huge and very beautiful, with shampoo, soap and even foam sachets to use in the whirlpool tub, the private outdoor area was one of the great highlights of our stay. The building also offers a great breakfast served from 6 am to 10 am. We paid R$30 per person with a free buffet, and we think it was super worth it! An excellent experience in every aspect. 10/10!
