Just need to bring your personal items, everything else is included. Use of kayaks, paddle boards, Sunfish sailboat, water floats included for you to enjoy or bring your own. Keuka lake is one of the beautiful finger lakes. A crystal clear, cold water glacier lake. 21 miles long, and in some places 185 feet deep. Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!

Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
