What an outstanding stay! Yasemin's home was exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect! We had the pleasure of meeting Yasemin and she was just the most delightful, informative, communicative host. When we arrived the house was pristine. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The chair with the white seat you see in photos? That chair is THE best people watching spot morning or night. Watch the boats go by the canal with your coffee in the morning. Then head out and you're in the middle of everything (but it's not at all loud, it's a very peaceful space). It was just a very special stay because Yasemin is a top-notch host with a location that cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

I was with my friends at Samir's Airbnb for 4 days. Samir is a very nice and helpful host. The Airbnb was clean and just like in the photos. For questions about Amsterdam, such as activities, Samir was a very good help for us. I can only recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

This place is quirky - just like we expected Fabulous to sit out and chill on the canal - right outside of the property This property is very traditional so do not expect sleek modern finishes in all areas It was an amazing traditional visit

Otto님의 숙소는 시내 중심가와 떨어진 조용하고 한적한 곳에 있습니다. 가파른 계단 2층 높이를 오르면 사진과 똑같은, 정말 멋진 숙소가 당신을 맞이할 것입니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 19번 트램, 21번 버스를 이용한다면 암스테르담의 주요한 위치로 편하게 이동할 수 있을 것입니다. 체크인 전 헤어드라이어가 없다는 것을 확인하였으나, Otto님이 구해주셨고, 체크인 후 약간의 문제가 있었지만 원할한 소통으로 잘 해결했습니다. 숙소 내 주방 시설도 너무 좋았습니다. 정리가 매우 잘 되어 있었어요. 암스테르담에 다시 온다면 Otto님의 숙소에 또 머물고 싶습니다.

Die Ferienwohnung von Felix war super. Wir haben vier Tage dort verbracht und leider ziemlich Pech mit dem Wetter gehabt. Trotz des Wetter hatten wir durch die Wohnung eine tolle erholsame Zeit. Felix ist super nett und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Er hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und war sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch Abreise sehr flexibel. Felix war durchgängig erreichbar und hat für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub gesorgt. Vielen Dank Felix :)

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

The apartment is in a great location, about 10-15 mins walk from the central station, Nieuwmarkt, Rembrandtplein etc. The apartment itself is funky and has lots of art and souvenirs from their travels around the world which makes it interesting and feel like home. There is a great view across the canal and two balconies. The facilities are just as described with everything you need for a few days or more. We were welcomed by the owner’s son who was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your time in Amsterdam. Thanks for a great stay!

An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. We had a great stay at Luca's place. The apartment is very close to Rotterdam Centraal station, and the city center with all the main attractions is a walk away. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with an amazing balcony view. It's great place to stay for a few days, or even longer since it has all the necessary ammenities. Definitely would visit again.

Appartement lumineux et bien situé au 9eme et dernier étage avec vue sur la sur l’ensemble de l’environnement d’Amersfoort. Appartement propre, bien distribué et équipé. Les instructions laissées par Jan sont claire. Compter 20 minutes à pied du vente d’Amersfoort, ou bien prendre le bus à deux pas de la location en prenant vos billets sur l’appli 92/92.

A fantastic New Year break with the family . We were 6 adults and found the house to be a great base . It was so comfortable, I think in previous reviews someone had mentioned the beds and they were definitely some of the best we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped , so the night we decided to eat in was very easy. We used the bus stop from outside the house to travel into Utrecht and on to Amsterdam with ease . We walked to the local shops and found everyone very friendly . A beautiful location, we’d definitely recommend and hopefully return . Thank you Victoria and Yolanda!!

We stayed at Shirley's place in Bussum for just under two weeks, and it was fantastic. The home is exactly as depicted—lovely, cozy, and spread across three floors plus a basement. It's essentially a duplex, but we never heard any noise from the neighboring unit. The kitchen was well-equipped for light evening cooking, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Accessing the home was easy. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Bussum-Zuid NS train station. There's also a 109 bus route nearby. The area has much to explore: a nature preserve to the south with a small café, a shopping district to the northwest, and an Albert Heijn for groceries—indispensable! The neighborhood is quiet, with protected bike lanes and sidewalks. Cars almost always stop for pedestrians and cyclists. You'll see people young and old cycling late at night. It's a very safe area! Shirley is an excellent host—responsive and helpful. This place is a great choice for families, offering a good value.

Wir waren über das Pfingstwochenende zu fünft in Michels Unterkunft, da wir Amsterdam erkunden wollten – und es war genau die richtige Wahl! Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Besonders praktisch: Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt im Hof, sodass wir bequem mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Amsterdam fahren konnten (ca. 40–50 Minuten). Auch die Umgebung in Almere war sehr schön und ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Die Kommunikation mit Michel war hervorragend, er war jederzeit erreichbar und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps für uns. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Nach Amsterdam ist es nicht weit. Die Unterkunft ist total schön und super Sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz in ruhiger Lage ganz nah an Amsterdam. Toll mit Kindern und für Katzenliebhaber. Ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie mit Garten und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

what a beautiful gem of a place to stay. outside the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but easy enough to get into the centre by tram. the local area was lovely and calm and has some wonderful restaurants near by the Sarah recommended. Sarah also allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the Airbnb whilst we explored before needing to head to the airport. her local recommendations were spot on and made the stay much easier. thank you.
